Hillary Clinton is finally a head -- on a dude's thigh.
Luis Salgado has problems on several counts. First -- highly doubtful he has a Prez on his body. Second, the double-chin action looks more Linda Trippy than Hillary.
The good news -- looks like Dr. Tattoff may get another client.

22. I saw this guy getting this tattoo at the Baltimore Tattoo Convention, The tattooist told the crowd the first person to him with a picture of Hillary Clinton would get that picture tattooed on them for free... this guy was the winner/loser.

28. If you wouldn't have told me who the tat was depicting, I would have been soooo far off!!! I thought it was like maybe his mom/aunt or someone special like that. Cause that sure don't look like Hillary. My hubby just guess the tat was of either a young Midler, Steisand or Liza. What does that tell you?
