17. I guess bad judgment runs in the family. The skintight shirt and short-shorts are bad enough, but those shoes! At least if she had worn flip flops or normal sandals she could have used the "oh it's really hot out" excuse. Though she always dresses badly, I have never seen her photographed in quite so trashy an outfit. She clearly wore that to get attention. As if it isn't probably bad enough her son in custody already.

20. No common sense at all. Who goes to a prison dressed like this? Even if the weather is very hot, put on some damn capris or at least flats sandals if you are going to wear the short-shorts.
