16. Just because they're married and have kids doesn't mean they're not gay, and most folks know that. We gay-types would certainly wager that they're at least bi. And so what. They're great dancers. Many gay guys have lots of "style and grace." They are nurturing, and probably some of the gals needed some encouragement because they didn't fit the stereotype of women with "style and grace." I agree with previous comments about why trying to define or tell or whatever. So it's a man and a woman dancing. Period.

17. to me the issues is not about people who have a right to be whoever they are or would like to be, as long as they are not forcing themselves on others. the real danger is the incompetence of every type of media in this county who have minds not capable of seeing outside of their simple minded boxes and contribute to the education of society and helping people to be aware of the real problems in this society and to contribute in meaningful ways to a healthier and safer society. seems to me, the human race makes technical advances, but since leaving the caves, still kill in the name of their gods, will destroy others in the name of their own greed and have no idea yet that we are here all on the same spaceship. there will be a sort of peace on earth, when earthlings find another planet of people to unite against to hate.

18. First of all , I have been to many parties with rap stars big thugs - would you believe they were bi- or having relationship with other men/ women. But in the real world kids = people do - and Im not saying its the right or the wrong thing to do but in the end everyone will get judged and then they have to be able to face there maker. Hey I say if they want to be gay - then let it be and let God sourt them out . What I do or you do in our own timing is what we have to face things for , no one else has to tell us its wrong or right, leave dancing of the stars guys alone - theres to much junk in our own closets at home for us to be putting judge on anyone - And for anyone who says they dont have drama or have no stuff in there own closets Im sure someone will have connections to local tv stations im sure they are looking for a perfect reality tv show.

20. I have more of a problem with actors like Neil Patrick Haris and T.R. Knight (openly gay actors) who portray themselves as straight characters on t.v., but are actually gay. Nothing could be more distasteful is to see an actor kissing and embracing an actress on the screen, and later goes home to bed with this male lover. Gay dancers on DWTS doesn't bother me as much. .

22. Gay or not, these dancers are terrific. Who cares what they are. The degree of training and dedication that goes into becoming a star ballroom dancer is extreme. People think that because the male species takes up dancing they must be gay. Far from that...they are music lovers and like to interpet that music with their bodies. This has nothing to do with sex. Get over it, people. Enjoy their talent.

25. Quit pushing this gay s&*t on us.....we've HAD ENOUGH already. It's unnatural behavior...seek a dr. for real help. I'm sure they've got some pills for your abnormality. Doesn't anybody get it...if Hollywood is doing it....it probably ain't normal. For the most part....all of these people are substance abusers....FACT! Mix drugs and alcohol and you'll be humping your mother and calling it "latching problem." Give me a break! Just call yourself a misplaced individual. If your dad and mom had been watching...there wouldn't be any of this trash. Oh...forgot....daddy left and mama is married to jack daniels.

27. omg when are ppl gonna relize that being gay is not the end of the world? i mean wat the hell??? im sorry but if ur prejudiced against gay or homosexual ppl then u have problems becuz they cant help how they are. alot of times ppl are just born like that and im sick and tired of hearing evryone making a big deal out of being gay! gay ppl are just like us only they like the same sex. men like men. girls like girls. ppl like both. its not the end of the world! ppl can be whatever orientation they want and its not ur job or ur place to question that. i have a lot of gay and bisexual friends and they are prolly the nicest ppl ull ever meet. but it took most of them a long time to come out and admit it. and no one should ever have to feel like they cant tell someone who they truly are. and u kno why it took so long for them? its becuz of ppl like u who tell them that its wrong. that being themselves is a bad thing. when we were all in skool we learned that evryone is equal. so why cant we just freakin accept each other? its not fair for ppl to have to hide who they truly are becuz they are afraid other ppl wont like them!! why should they have to be anyone but themselves? and why are you asking that of them? just accept them. is that SO hard? to accept someone? to not judge them by their orientation? becuz if we would stop for one minute and think abt what we are doing to them we would relize that we are forcing them to hide themselves under a mask that is not them. we are asking them to not be themselves becuz we dont like who they are! gay ppl are all around u...ur best friend might be gay!!! and they are trying to tell u something. they are tired of sticking out and being different. being forced to act differently than who they truly are. they want us to accept the fact that they are what they are and u cant change that! so GET OVER IT!!!!!!!!!!!!

28. I agree, Hollywood is so full of crap. Most of those guys if not all of them are as gay as it gets. Hollywood realizes that most people still do not accept that life style and do not want to loose ratings, that's all they care about.

30. Dave, your comments about Serge Grinkov and his wife Yekaterina Gordeyeva was right on the money. They were a fabulous couple and they redefined the meaning of "couples skating". All of your comments is perfect and I hope a lot of people read what you wrote. I cried when I heard Serge died, my heart really ached for Yekaterina. When I saw her skate alone and her little daughter patted her shoulders when she was done broke my heart. Another amazing love story, which a lot of people will probably bash me for was President Reagan and his wife Nancy. I read their book about their love, his letters to her, how he felt about her, (I suggest everyone to read it, he loved Nancy with everything inside him). At his funeral I was in tears seeing her lay her head on the casket. Many of us never know what that type of LOVE is, how amazing it is, to almost breathe with the other person. I was lucky to have found it, if only for a short time, but now I know what LOVE truly is and I hope someday I will have that again. Thanks for reminding us about a really amazing couple, I can't watch couples skating anymore, it's just not the same with them.
