Natascha McElhone's plastic surgeon husband was found dead on their London doorstep last night.
The 42 year-old doc is believed to have suffered a heart attack. McElhone, who is pregnant with the couple's third child, learned of his death while filming in the U.S.

5. Because of his young age and the fact that they are somewhat high profile, there should be a thorough autopsy performed to determine that this man's death wasn't a result of foul play.
My sympathies to the family. Very sad.

10. is she the hotty who starred in the truman show? i remember when truman cut out those magazine photos to make her face and always thought she had plastic surgery. guess her husband did it for her.
its a scary business being a plastic surgeon i know because i've watched nip/tuck and i wouldnt be surprised if it was a former patient that caused it

14. i am 41 and had a heart attack 9 weeks ago. it is possible. and i am pretty sure he was not living the healthiest lifesyle. crap happens. and as humans continue to overindulge in the finer things in life, rest assured you will see more and more AMI's, strokes, tumors, and the like.
but even living helthy cant keep a person safe from these maladies, and who really wants to live until they are 80 anyway. i say
