Natascha McElhone's plastic surgeon husband was found dead on their London doorstep last night.
The 42 year-old doc is believed to have suffered a heart attack. McElhone, who is pregnant with the couple's third child, learned of his death while filming in the U.S.

17. This is so sad...my prayers and thoughts are with her and her family. And, yes, it must be very hard to have to learn about her husband's death while she's here in the States.

18. TRAGIC .. I don't like TMZ bing so cavalier, treating HER horrific loss with too few words BUT DISRESPECTFUL.. TMZ HAS NO CLASS AND CARES NOT ABOUT THIS PREGNANT WIDOW. For hit children and wife, this is awful. God bless them all.

19. I doubt TMZ had any disrespect in mind. some of ya'll have to admit, there are regular posters in here who only will offer their input HERE in regards to celebs and the like.
As far as this one is concerned, I really enjoyed her performance in "Surviving Picasso" and have seen it several times over.
My sympathy to her and hers, truly.

21. This is such sad news to hear of. My heart goes out to Natasha and her family at this terribly sad and difficult time. My deepest sympathies go out to you all. To lose a loved one is hard enough to cope with at any time. But to lose the love of your life when hes so young and when your pregnant must be even harder to deal with.
I just hope this new baby will help to ease some of Natashas pain at losing her beloved husband. Having a baby is meant to be such a joyous occasion. But for Natahsa it is going to be the hardest thing she will ever have to do now. My thoughts and prayers go out to Natascha at this difficult and sad time..
I cant even begin to try to understand what shes going through. I just hope she can get through this. Those poor little children too its just so so sad it really is. I couldnt bear to be without my husband. I just hope Natascha gets all the help and support she needs at this difficult time and is left alone to grieve in public with her family at this time.
