36. Lindsey's "excuse" is that she has a coat almost like the one she took and thought it was hers. So if that is the case why would Englebert need to throw one into the deal. Funny how after she lifted it she decided to start wearing it all over and never noticed the "identical" one still at home in the closet. No wonder she hides from the paps, without their pics the real owner might not have gotten it back.

40. It was a gorgeous coat - while it was being worn by its original owners.

The moment a person wears fur, it says something so ugly about who they are on the inside (so, if you're going to, um, "mistakenly" swipe something, at least make sure it's not dead. Karma's a bitch.)

Some of my best friends have been furry, and some of yours probably are too. As far as I'm concerned, anyone would have looked a whole lot better, literally and figuratively, wearing a trash bag. (Trash optional.)

41. PS: The coat's owner wants something like $10,000 as some kind of rental fee for the coat.

The club owner in the story above wants to pay it and give Lohan another $11,000 fur coat (not like it's for the publicity or anything....)

Here's the real world solution: take the $10,000 rental fee and the $11,000 the guy offered to spend on another dead coat and donate it all to a food pantry, soup kitchen, animal welfare charity, meals on wheels, the ACLU or something else - ANYTHING else - that makes actual sense when the world around them is struggling just to get by. Do something positive that matters. And think beyond yourselves.

42. WTH? WHY is TMZ and this moron guy defending the THIEF? I would be all up her rear end if she had stolen something of mine. If this had been a car, she'd be in jail for a few years and there are a ton of cars that cost more than that coat did! 10k is the LEAST amount of money that moron owes and then she needs to replace the torn lining in the jacket. After seeing TMZ blast the girl, I'm done.

45. HOW CAN YOU BE PHOTOGRAPHED WEARING STOLEN GOODS AND SOMEHOW BE EXONERATED OF THE CRIME??? DID HARVEY TOTALLY FORGET TAKINGTHE BAR EXAM? Even if somehow by some random act of the cosmos she ACCIDENTALLY became the possessor of stolen goods, (rather than taking it herself which in all likelihood is the simplest of all explanation, so is problably the correct one) she still has culpability to some degree, "FESS UP and PAY UP. Of course all you media whores in LA LA LAND are on Team Blohan. Not so the rest of America,where if we see someone else in unlawful possession of something that we own, we call the cops and they get arrested. Is California in Bizarro World?
