Aerosmith frontman Steven Tyler, 60, has checked himself into Las Encinas Hospital drug rehabilitation clinic -- the place Dr. Drew practices -- in Pasadena, Calif.
It's the same facility where the reality show "Celebrity Rehab" was filmed. Tyler is getting treatment for substance abuse.
Tyler's reps had no comment.

196. Steven rocks!!! the whole band is awesome!. If ..IF!! it is because of drugs,.. then baby heal yourself and get your ass back on stage!.. If it is what people mag says.. he checked in for healing of his foot sugery, then leave the man alone! Good Lord!!

Steve, I personally just baet an addiction issue and what I went thru to do it was PURE HELL. Cold Sweats, insomnia, diareah, nightmares when I DID sleep......on and on. But the entire time I was jonsin' the junk out of my system I kept thinking of you and Joe Perry and how you guys had got clean....
I'm only 40 years old Steve. And I know you are old enough to do the right thing. Please don't ruin your life by catching a habit. Dump that stuff and get clean again man. Find another way.
I did it and you were part of the inspiration that got me thru it. And I'll never use again...

202. met and worked with "gollum" (our little pet name for him) several times during the "sober years" and always knew he was 'on something', i always thought coke, but studio rumor is that the 'matrix' switched him to prescription smack in the big "rehab" years ago, guess he couldn't even keep that under control. based on his stellar reputation as a husband and human being can say 'what goes around comes around' yeah? sad for his beautiful kids & grandkid, they don't seem to know any better but to love him.

i love Aerosmith, and i'm very sad this this has become a big issues. yes, he's 60, but he's had throat surgery and has had 3 pins put in his leg, plus his knee replaced. Joe Perry's had knee surgery too, you can read it on their website. They give you strong medications for those types of things, and if you have something replaced you need rehab to get stronger, don't associate it with drugs right off. Steven is a turly beautiful man and i wish him all the best.

207. Hmmmm....some people here do seem to know what they're talking about. Erin Brady did have plastic surgery, new boobs and new nose, but hey, not that there's anything wrong with it. Didn't make her any prettier, though. Not sure she's good for him. OK, pretty sure she's not.
Steven has issues, he is who he is, and everything he has done and accomplished is because of that. He has for the past couple of years seemed sad and tired. I hope he finds his mojo again somehow. But you have to face your issues because they go with you everywhere you go, no matter how far or how fast.
