Madonna knows there is nothing like a pair of therapeutic leather gloves and above-the-knee leather S&M boots to give a music icon all the funky joint support she needs as she readies for a world tour.

The ageless Queen of Pop got situated in the back of her car after leaving a restaurant in Cannes on Tuesday.

This is what it feels like for a nearly 50-year-old girl.

64. I have been a Madonna fan ever since I was in the 7th grade and now I am 35 years old. She has been going strong for the past 23+ years and in my opinion, she puts all these LiLos and Twitneys to shame. At almost 50 years old she is still going strong and looks amazing! She shows how hard work and taking care of your body pay off! Perhaps the Lindsays, Britneys and Amys of the world should take some lessons from this fabulous woman. After all these years she has kept up with the times and now working with Justin and Kanye??... all I have to say is WOW!!

68. She's so over the hill .....and sliding down the other side. Sporting the "michael jackson" look is about 20 years in the past. It doesn't work for either one of them anymore.
I can understand her wanting to push her last hoorah to the limit...but dress your age darling!! You are NOT catwoman, a 5o year old sex kitten wannabe, but not Catwoman. You can look sexy and sensual at 50 but please leave off the 20year old goth look.
