Homeless "Idol" Kicked Back to the Curb
This year's most tragic castoff, Josiah "I Live in My Car" Leming, got another dose of eff-off from "A.I." -- as he was sent packing from the finale after party at Skybar last night.

16. Poor guy I bet the blackberry is on loan. It sad when u feel u have to hang out in front of a black tie event in your t shirt and tennis shoes trying to get in the event. I think he needs a new mimic. I am so glad that I didnt put up with that crap when I was young. I knew I had talent but so did many more. Not as good as me ,of course, but they had talent and were willing to do anything and I mean anything to get a break. I never felt that way. I wanted it but I'm not going to degrade myself willingly just to get a crumb. This guy reminds me of what I wasn't willing to do. I don't feel bad about my decision.

17. I love him! He isn't homeless! He never was. He can probably afford that phone with the money he earned by writing his own, amazing, original music. I doubt any of you could do that. Yeah, they're probably just mad that he got a record deal, before the show ended. Go Josiah!

18. HAHAHAHAHAHAHHHAH!!!!
What a douche. He should have expected this treatment after his crybaby diva antics when he auditioned.
Hey Josiah, say hello to Danny Noriega for us. LOL!!!

19. Cut him a break! He sells his INCREDIBLE music on his Myspace page - and granted that he has over 40,000 friends on there who buy it, I'm pretty sure he can afford the shirt on his back and the cell phone in his hand. And he just signed to Warner Bros, so if you know anything about the music biz - you also know they're paying for everything right now, and he'll be paying it back when he becomes a HUGE star. He's amazingly talented. I saw him live in LA, and I've never seen such an honest performer. He deserves all the success he can get! And who cares what his financial status is anyway?! His music will speak to so many people...

20. First of all we all know that he not homeless. It's just the way he was known from AI. I think he has a great voice and writes great songs. He just a kid. Give him a break. I'm glad to see that he is doing well.

21. I think it's great that tmz got this. It highlights the fact that Josiah is still an industry outsider who is making strides on talent alone without the ins connected with this show.
