Celebrity Justice
Granny to Nick -- Watch Your Wiener!

Linda Hogan seems just so worried about her boy Nick in the tapes we've obtained -- that is, until the family bird gets out of its cage and then, it's like -- Nick? Nick who? Hell, at least one Hogan is out of a cage.

And get this: Granny gets on the phone to fill the time -- and who knew that she loved the d**k jokes?

Stay tuned ...

If you were around in 1943 you probably would have complained about our soldiers dying for nothing. Would you have called FDR a retard? Would you advocate to leave Hitler alone? Did you forget 9/11/01? Have you noticed we haven't been attacked so far? Get a life.

Nice Faux News spin on an unending invasion and occupation that has no resemblance to WW2 or Hitler at all. So, you want to work yourself up into a frenzy over some kid having a careless accident, but you have no problem with the multitudes of cripped, maimed and dead Americans who have been used by a spoiled, preppy little Mama's boy who tried to "one-up" Daddy just so you could delude yourself into thinking you're safer, eh? Nice.

40. It's diagusting to think you'd stoop so low, as to publish something like this. Leave the kid alone. I think he's got enough to deal with, considering he's serving his time, and neither one of his parents have a mature bone in their bodies. Can you imagine being in his position, and having such vein/self centered parents to talk to?? Someone(with better sense), needs to step up, and be there for this kid.

41. skhg, maybe Nick could use one of his call times and speak with Johns mother in the hospital and see if John can speak on the phone yet! Nick doesn't NEED anybody to be there for him. Johns mother does though.

Posted at 3:54PM on May 23rd 2008 by yeah right.

42. I think Grandma is a scream! How funny was that? lol...loved it!
If I understand correctly, his mother just came home from seeing him. I'm not understanding the bad mouthing?! Nick is lonely (regardless what he's done) and wants his family. I think it's sad to have these tapes released!

Grandma was looking to cheer him up.

When you don't know people personally - don't judge!

43. Yes, it is shameful his privacy is being violated, blah blah blah. BTW, you LOSE your rights to all privacy when you go to prison!

Webby, you get the award for most imbecilic post ever -- ummm, if your brain is dead, how much of a life can you have? You tell us, since you sound like you have experience in that regard, dumbass! FYI, not it's not just a matter of SEMANTICS (use a dictionary next time you try to write big words). Brain dead means there is nothing going on upstairs, and the light will never be coming back on (kind of like how you are).

Oh and I'm sure most of us, if we are brain dead with a huge hole in our skull (the way John G. is now), would RATHER be physically dead. Unless you're one of those idiot Right-to-Lifer extremists, like the parents of Terry Schaivo, just keeping your poor child alive for the publicity and sympathy of the public.

44. Yes, what happened is tragic and Nick should be punished but let's not forget the victim is a 25 year old adult, He was aware Nick was drinking and ha was present many other times when he was driving reckless. NO I'm mot saying he deserved what has happened, but he also made a choice. Nick is a kid, he's being punished. I am sure many of us have had private conversations that we would never want released. Leave him alone, the tapes are poor quality anyway!!!!

45.

I'm still not feeling comfortable with Pinellas County releasing any tapes of personal phone calls made by inmates. Not just Nick Bollea, but the potential for any phone calls by any inmates to be released. It is generally accepted and understood the prisons have the right to monitor any and all phone calls (except between prisoner and attorney) for the purpose of tracking unlawful activities, prison and/or prisoner safety. They can also give copies of taped phone calls to other law enforcement for follow-up (in the instance of information on a hit, acts of terrorism, dope deal, threats, location of a meth lab, etc.), but to release any taped phone calls to a media outlet (even through FOIA) seems highly improbable.
