22. I will not even listen....Not questioning the fact that he should or should not be in jail...This is horrific. TMZ...You should be ashamed...Jail is not a pleasant situation (obviously) and to make it light hearted, fun fodder for the masses makes me ill. Crossing the line guys. 24. TMZ, you should be ashamed of yourselves for posting this!! Nick Hogan is a kid. A scared kid who has a lifetime of regrets ahead of him. He'll never be able to change what happened.
How many people can honestly say that they were never reckless and stupid when they were 16 or 17? Come on people. Yes, he made a mistake. He acted like a dumb, spoiled kid and he must live with what happened for the rest of his life. He is being punished. And the civil suit will (I hope) pay for the massive medical bills. I'm sure that, given the option, Nick would love to go back to that night and have a do-over. But, life doesn't always give us do-overs. Sometimes we have to live with the consequences of our actions. I guess no one here ever acted irresponsibly? Right.

25. What do you all mean, Aren;t thos tape private?! When you do something freakin' ridiculous and go to jail, YOU LOSE ALL OF YOUR FREEDOM, including your right to a private phone call. 30. Do you realize that Nick is only 17 and his friend was much older? I have friends that were in a wreck and they had all been drinking and all climbed into the same car - I chose not to go. One died and three others injured. Only one parent sued and that was for the one child that had a broken arm! What if roles were reversed and John was driving?
