Blubbering Nick Hogan Behind Bars

Law enforcement has given us tapes of phone calls between Nick Hogan and mommy dearest, and Nick is a mess.

After complaining that his cell is "like half the size of my bathroom" and that he's going crazy, Linda suggests ways he can pass the time. Anyone ever play 18 ways to make a bed?

There are lots more conversations we'll be posting today.

48. #12 Invasion of PRIVACY ????? When you go to jail or prison you give that right of privacy UP. He's lucky right now his name is isn't girlfriend or bitch. He can have PRIVATE time with his attorney.

49. i hope that one day when you people make a mistake or cause some sort of accident, you will know what it feels like to have people who have no sympathy for you. what makes you so perfect? you all have just been lucky that none of your bad decisions thus far have worked against you in the manner that nick's worked against him.

50. Who is releasing these tapes? And why??? Don't most people in jail at least have access to books? I think so. (even Paris had a doodle pad)

51. Nick Hogan is not a "kid." He is a teenager, and by his age should be able to tell the difference between right and wrong. Unfortunately, it seems his parents didn't raise him well enough to understand that difference. Nevertheless, horrible parenting shouldn't be an excuse to be a murderer.

52. Yes he is being punished for committing a crime, and he deserves to be doing time, BUT TMZ, this is a new low. He was not sentenced to have his phone calls published, or humiliated by the likes of you. If I were Hulk Hogan I would be getting my lawyer on the DOJ's ass and yours. Recording calls while in jail is for the protection of the inmates and guards, it is NOT for the general public for getting their jollies.

Sad.

53. They need to do a new reality show "Nick Hogan knows dropping the soap" showcasing his misery behind bars. He is just beyond pathetic... "booo hooo poor me, I don't want to be here mommy"... well you little b*stard... would you rather switch places with the guy you put in a coma? Compared to him, Nick walked away unscathed.. and he has the nerve to cry about his prison cell. HIS FRIEND IS IN A FREAKING COMA!

They -should- move Nick into a different cell, I agree with him there - make him share a cell with Bubba the Butt-Rapist.

Everyone should email his myspace, saying "OMG ITS Nick Hogan from the tv shows 11!!! oh wait... your in jail :) You won't be checking this for a while!

55. oh and the people that take delight in hearing him be miserable in jail, YOU ARE PROBABLY A BUNCH OF LOWER CLASS IDIOTS WHO WORK AT MCDONALDS AND HARBOR BITTER RESENTMENT TOWARDS PEOPLE WHO HAVE EXPERIENCED A COMFORTABLE LIFESTYLE!

it's so funny! if nick hogan was in the same position he is now, but was a middle class teenager people would be so sympathetic. but since most of you people on here don't have money and will never work hard enough to make money, you DELIGHT in the destruction of people who are better off in life than yourself. you are just a bunch of lazy slack a$$es who love to watch the successful fall. go on... keep cheering and watching... you will still remain in the bleechers, praying to have enough change to buy your nachos.

56. -sigh- TMZ breaks the law yet again.

57. I feel bad for Nick. I am not saying that he shouldn't be in some sort of trouble or that his friend and the problems that his family are going to go through for the rest of his life are meaningleass...but let's remember that he is only 17! And if you have never been in this sort of situation before it must be pretty scary. I don't blame him for crying about his problems...I bet when you were 17 you cried about your problems and they probably didn't compare to having a friend who is damaged for life and spending time in jail for having childish judgement.

58. I went to jail for a stupid mistake. I had two drinks at a party and then ate a bunch of food and drank a lot of water. I didn't feel drunk and so I drove home. The problem was that I was in a neighborhood I didn't know very well and there was a stop sign hidden behind a huge bush. Needless to say...I ran the stop sign...a car crashed into me.....I was hauled off and jailed for a .09 and the legal limit is .08. I fealt horrible for many years because of what could have happenned...I could have killed someone and I would not have been able to live with myself because of that. I thank God every day for saving my life that way and I never knew just how bad jail could be until I went there. This poor kid is paying for his crime and it sucks because he made a stupid mistake. People make mistakes........when was the last time you did something that could have ended up with you in jail? Run a red light, speeding, a drink after work with friends............don't judge........pray for him.

59. I am getting sick and tired of hearing about Nick being a big baby! Grow up Nick! You did the crime, you do the time! Your friend is paying for this for the rest of his life and you are only paying for it for 8 months, be thankful you didn't get a longer sentence!

60. I don't care......this is very sad. He is only 17.......the entire situation is sad. At 17, you feel like 8 months is an eternity - but in reality, John will be in his state of suffering for the rest of his life; 8 months will pass fairly quickly and he will be out in plenty of time for the Holidays. However, being a mother, and being a Hogan fan, it is painful to hear.
