64. Nick hasn't ever had any role models to set him straight (on a responsible path) and now he is in this predicament serving time for his spoiled ways. Maybe Nick would like to switch places with the one he injured for life. . .

65. Got news for you folks. When you go to jail or prison your conversations are not private. You lose that right. I can understand Nick is scared and maybe, just maybe for the first time in his life he has found out there are consequences for your actions. Yeah 17 is young to be in jail but he should thank his lucky stars he is isolated. With his reputation he would be dog meat with the rest of the men incarcerated. He will never be able to make up for what he did to his friend but he can do his time and become a man. I for one hope he changes his life for the better. Not for his parents but for himself. The first thing he needs to do is stop crying and think about his life and John's lack of life. Time to grow up Nick.

66. This is a personal conversation - I don't think this should be heard by all. I love to hear about famous peoples lives, but this is so wrong. I feel sorry for him. What he did was wrong and I think he deserves to be punished, but not his personal life stipped like this.

67. How many people have drank a beer and headed home or out. What he did was wrong, but it is easy to judge. I have never drank and drove, I am always the DD or I drink at home, but good people make bad mistakes. Yes, you should pay, but he is being portraid as a negative person. He made a mistake that he will live with for the rest of his life. That was friend. How would you feel if you did that to your friend? And such an honorable friend at that.

73. You loose your rights while in jail. I don't feel sorry for him. It says the call is being recorded. Its all public record. What a whiny ass crybaby. I cannot stand this family. They make me sick. I guess you people who are worried about his privacy haven't heard the call where Hulk actually BLAMES the victim. Never does he sound remorseful. Sorry for what he did. There is a man lying in a nursing home somewhere in a coma he will probably never come out of. Any one care about that? He served our country. Nick was drinking driving to fast and is a spoiled brat who doesn't care about that. He cares about him self and no one else. Its sick. I thank TMZ for calling these people out for what they are!Please go ahead and listen to the call from Hulk where they talk about making money on another reality show for Nick and blame John (the victim) for getting injured. 74. Angel, you need to listen to other call, he does not feel bad about his friend, TMZ exposed it, he blames the friend. Open your eyes people its right there.TMZ has exposed Hulk and Nick for what they truly are. He wants to make money off this! How do you know its one beer. He was drag racing, he had been in trouble before on several occasions. Lets feel sorry for the victim not Nick, listen to the other call ever one. It is sick people. When if first happened he blamed John for not having his seat belt on. Now they say God is punishing him for something, Nick says for being Negative its on tape. He wants a reality show to make as much as possible. No wonder the family is sueing. The truth is out. Hogans are fake. Nick should have got more time. He didn't even admit guilt.
