Rikki to Miss. -- Your Charges Don't Dance

Rikki Rockett says he'll be having nothin' but a good time after being cleared of felony rape charges.

On his MySpace blog, the Poison tubthumper says he has been "exonerated" of the charge after the Neshoba County, Miss. DA declined to indict him because, among other things, he wasn't even in the state when the alleged incident went down. What's more, Rikki claims he was the victim of an impostor named John Minskoff, whom Rik says is a "career criminal" who impersonated him and sexually pursued the alleged victim.

We've contacted Neshoba County officials for comment, but haven't heard back just yet.

17. i for one am glad to see him exonerated. having met my share of celebrities, i can honestly say that Rikki was one of the NICEST guys in the business, very sweet and respectful.

18. just for you idiots that keep saying"he doesn't need to rape anyone he has a girlfriend"rape is not a long passionate great,fun sexual encounter,it is viscious,harmful and violent,the two have nothing to do with one another,get a fricken grip.he didn't do it because he is not a rapist and to prove he is not a rapist he proved he was out of town.

20. Hello: to the person who is paid money to write articles for TMZ: A tubthumper is not a drummer, it is a loud evangelical preacher. My 5 year old needs a summer hobby, can he come write for you? Seriously, your writers are close to illiterate. And they are paid writers. Pathetic.
