168. First lady Laura Bush drank and killed someone when she was young and served NO TIME. Look at Richie Sambora driving around with not only his child but another persons child in the back seat. Tracy Gold actually wrecked and caused harm to her entire family (infants, husbands and kids) when she got a DWI and now she has a tv show. Paris Hiltons brother ran over a gas station attendant and did no get charged.

It's not going to help anyone to hang this kid. we need to get down to the real issue at hand. Thousands of people are dying at the hands DUI offenders. Our jails of FULL of people. We need to address the issue when kids are still in school starting in elementary. My mother was an alcoholic and for years I thought it was normal to drink and drive. Kids who grow up around drinkers think the same and pay for their parents mistakes and addictions.

174. 87. This is invasion of privacy PERIOD!!! If it's not illegal for you to post them TMZ it should be and you should STOP. Everyone is forgetting this kid is still a minor not a grown adult. And everyone should stop blaming him for John's injuries. John was an adult who got into a car and made a choice not to wear his seatbelt. He wasn't trying to get Nick to stop racing (if that's what they were doing) He was probably egging him on because he raced too. It's not like he was screaming at him to stop and trying to get out of the car people. All this was was a tragic accident. Even though John is laying up in a hospital and will probably be a vegetable for the rest of his life he holds most of the responsibility here because he was the ADULT. Hello Nick was only 16. Wouldn't that be contributing to the dilenquincy of a minor almost. John's parents are only suing because they want money. I hope they don't get a cent. It's a sue happy nation........... Laywers have the best outlook for job stability in this country
