That b*tch doesn't get it, either. Car accident? And King Kong was just a monkey. I urge you to write to the judge in charge of the dispensation of this case and ask him to make Nick serve the entire sentence.

29. 17 year olds do stupid things. He didn't intentionally do this to his friend. I think isolation IS a bit harsh. He's not a mass murderer for God's sake! They could at least put him in a cell with a non-violent offender. 8 months is a LONG time to spend alone like that. It's going to do more damage to him mentally than one can imagine. Sure, he deserves to be punished for what happened, but not like this.
