Celebrity Justice
Weepy Nick -- My Lawyer Duped Me!

Nick Hogan's pathetic crying continues as he whines that he hasn't walked more than ten feet since he got tossed in the slammer, and that if he had known it was going to be like this, he would've risked trial -- and five years of hard time.

Meanwhile, Linda tells Nick that somehow she's more uniquely equipped to help him through the ordeal than Hulk -- classic.

More to come ...

46. Holy sh*t TMZ is sick as h*ll. This kid was involved in a very bad accident with terrible consequences. Ya, he was racing and shouldn't have been, but do people seriously think he crashed his car and injured his friend on purpose? How many of you numb skulls out there did some crap you shouldn't have been doing when you were a kid? How many of you adults out there still drive around sometimes way over the speed limit, just catching that light as it turns red. I see it every day. John will be brain dead for the rest of his life, and Nick will have live with the guilt for the rest of his life. Now TMZ has to go and take the only good thing left, Nick's calls to his family who are trying to consult him and get him thru this, and make that seem dirty and wrong. The fact that Nick is a minor makes this especially heinous.

we have seen enough drag racing and drunkdriving deaths to know it is reckless and you can get in a crash and kill someone.accident is when somebody truly has a accident, this was just waiting to happen, and yes it is a crime,go to his friends house it you want sadness, this is just,if i whin enough my mom will talk to my lawyer and get this changed, this kid is not going to live with what he did,he will just move on...their opinion is "all this for a car accident"wow do they not have a heart for anybody but themselves wtf.

49. For all you people that are sticking up for this little puke:
Let me ask you to think about something. What if it was your son that was lying in some hospital like some vegtable? What if the guy that caused the accident, got 8 puny months? What if the guy that only got 8 puny months was crying about what a shaft deal he got? How would you feel then?

50. To "Shut up Nick",

So, what would be an appropriate way for him to show his remorse? What would satisfy you? Should he not move his legs because his friend can't? Should he not talk to anyone because his friend can't? Let me ask you this, have you ever acted like a stupid jackass while behind the wheel? Have you ever in any way endangered the lives of those around you? Most people have done things in their lives that could have really ended badly. We, however, are the lucky ones. Teenagers do stupid things, and so do alot of adults. Nick made a terrible mistake that he will pay for the rest of his life.
I hope that the shoe is never on the other foot for you.

51. Wow. Last time I heard, prison wasn't SUPPOSED to be fun. I mean, isn't that the whole point?

52. 40. This breaks my heart! Stay strong Nick! Why the hell TMZ would post this is horrible! Remember people Nicks friend chose to get into the car with him after he had been drinking. I'm sure his friend new what the consequences would be if they were to get into an accident I'm sure his friend wasn't telling him to slow down. Get a life people!

54. When you drink and drive you know you can kill someone, which he did. That boy is dead, he has machines keeping him alive because the family cannot let him go. I wish he would have been charged with MURDER!!!

55. I can't believe they allowed these calls to be released to you. That is so wrong.

He needs to realize that he needs to be there and 8 months isn't that long, it will fly by even though it may seem long. He owes it to his friend and he needs to learn something from the experience.

58. WHO IS THE NAME OF THE JUDGE THAT PRECIDED OVER NICK'S CASE AND WHAT IS THE ADDRESS OF THE COURTHOUSE. IF EVERYONE WRITE'S IN AND LET'S HIM KNOW THAT SPECIAL TREATMENT IN THE CASE WOULD BE UNCALLED FOR AND RECOMMEND THAT TO SEND HIM TO GENERAL POP WOULD BE THE BEST THING!

59. 12. This "brat" as you call him isn't releasing statements to the media here people. He's a scared kid who is having conversations with his mother. He'll pay for what he did for the rest of his life.

You should all be ashamed of yourselves for enjoying his misery. Before you point your fingers, make sure your hands are as clean as you think they are.

Posted at 1:04PM on May 23rd 2008 by Shell

***er no, he'll stop "paying" as soon as he gets out of jail ... and guess what - he'll WALK out to his family and speak and hug and laugh again ... as soon as he's out he'll forget all about it - he SHOULD appeal and maybe he'll get what he truly deserved, the full length of his sentance to be served in general population. He's got it easy now.

oh and PS my hands are spotless**
