65. Wow, how down right disgusting. Hasn't walked more than 10 ft? That's a hell of lot better than his buddy he put in a coma. This guy is the biggest baby and has no idea what kind of damage he's done. All because of his thoughtless and irresposible actions. I WISH he had gone to trial so the judge could've thrown the book at him. 8 months is no where near enough for what he's done. I hope John's family sues the sht outta the Hogans and takes all their money. It will cost a lot to care for poor John for the rest of his life. I used to like the Hogans, but this has made me absolutely disgusted by ALL of them.

I see where your coming from in your defence. But would you be singing the same tune if it was your son in the hospital unable to walk or think for the rest of his life? Or if you knew that the "kid" who did this to him was going to walk away after only eight months? I bet john's parents are outraged that Nick can sit in jail and cry because he got the "shaft deal" when there son will never be normal again for the rest of his life. When Nick comes out to the public and admits what he did was wrong and he actually feels back about what he did. then I will have remorse for him.

71. He deserves exactly what he is getting, 8 months alone to think about what he did and the effect it has brought down on his friends family. Everyone should write to him and say: hey crybaby, think about what you did and accept that your stupidity ended your friends life, destroyed his family and you owe some acts of repentence forever. Maybe if he gets enough mail from people who think he got off easy the message will sink in and he will grow up.

Appeal all you want, if they let him out early the justice system is an enemy of the public and not it's servant.

72. I would also like to add that Nick is incredibly lucky to be where he is at. Not only is he at a juvenile facility, but he has his own private cell. Do you think they would've done that to a "regular" person? HELL NO!!


I hope the Hogan's read this. I want you all to know that you totally disgust me, and YOUR actions of completely spoiling (and ruining) your son are what cost John's chance of ever living a normal, meaningful life. Nick stole John's life and has no remorse and it's sickening. I couldn't even finish listening to the recording because I was so disgusted by it.
