I don't know many people that have been in our situations, but it was refereshing to see someone who spoke truly from the heart with VERY GOOD common sense.You know we would BOTH give ANYTHING in the world to be with our child again even if it was for 5 minutes. These pathetic HOGANS at least can everyday.Graziono's don't have their son anymore. I just wish some people would understand what we & John's parents go through as PARENTS. Like I said I wouldn't wish this on anyone no matter how much i disliked them. It's been 4 yrs for me. She was 4. Me and my 11 yr old daughter were also in the car when it happened. My other daughter was sitting right next to her, they traded spots right before we were hit. It's hard.Only those who have lost a child CAN say "I know what you're going through". 648. I'm so sick of these people saying John is somewhat at fault? God you are pathetic. Would you tell that to everybody or to your own son if he was lying with no way to do anything for himself? Would you really say something like that to one of your loved ones? I doubt it. i hope this blog gets off of here soon. 650. Just a thought..but if you read all the way to 175 and possibly to the end or all the postings..why are you wasting your time if there are more important things going on in the world? Reading 645 postings is just a waste of time as writing a post, if not more. I can write one in about 3 minutes, where it takes at LEAST 30 minutes to go through the thread.

I don't think putting up a post on TMZ is going to stop people from posting, or start people to your way of thinking. I am sure there are better sites out there for your purposes.

This is to let you know that I will boycott you networks & sponsors if you pick up and/or air any show that the Bollea aka Hogan family are a part of. This is based on recent incidents where the “Hogan’s” have revealed less than ideal ethics. First, they purchase alcohol for their underage son. Secondly, they allow him to drive under the influence of alcohol. Because of their incompetence, their son almost takes the life of a war veteran. Finally, they make slanderous comment about the nearly slain victim and his family, and show no remorse for his actions.
As a parent, I will lock out you channels i.e. Nickelodeon, boycott all merchandise and movies. In addition, I will contact sponsors I feel relate to my demographic; inform them of my concerns with your programming, and notify them of my intentions. Furthermore, I will pass on my concerns to family, friend, groups and organization I come in contact with and ask them to do the same.
In all honestly with the way the economy is, can your company and sponsors afford to loose patrons.

652. I just klicked on to this topic and although I have found some of the commenting childish and uncalled for, I think we all feel the same about the situation.
A family has lost a son due to a tragic accident and another has lost thier son for 8 months. You might not agree that the tapes should have been released but some of the same things were said at the trial during Linda's statements. She basically said that John was more of a son to her than his own mother and they were more of a family to him than his own family. That was absolutely cruel and self serving, something the public is waking up and seeing that the Bollea family are! Hulk claimed that the program was scripted to make Nick look bad but I don't believe the producers told him to drink and drive and continually get speeding tickets. Even without the jailhouse tapes you can see the true colors of this family. Believe me I love my sons and would do many things to keep them from harm but I hope that if ever put in a similar situation I would be mindful of others.
The Bollea family saw an opportunity to make loads of money and ran with it and now must pay the consequences. I hope that they saved and invested all that money because I will stand by the statement sent to Viacom and not only boycott any show involving them but all the products commercialized on it.
And to the posters who say that he needs to be left alone because he is just a child you are partially correct. He is just a child but a child who is in jail, not juvenile hall......a child who made adult decisions that have forever changed the life of another human being..........a child who needs to be knocked into the real world and see that there are consequenses to his actions and he must pay the price. A child who values money and fame over integrity!
I pray for John and his family and I also pray for the Bollea family.

boycott anythhg that has to do with the Hogan family.....the only thing that would hurt these society chasing bufoons (sp) is a true hit in the wallet. they live in florida if they are sued they can file BK and load everything into an estate......why do you think OJ moved there, the best BK protection laws.

do not buy products that are advertised on gladiators do not watch NBC until the show is off the air do not watch CBS or anything to do with MTV networks which i beleive is a viacom show.

write a a one line letter saying how you feel and atleast you are not contributing to an ass and his family that have zero regard for life or the law.

654. By reading the entertainment news, it looks like Linda is not sitting around worried about Nick in jail. It appears she is living it up with a 19 year old and leaving all the worrying to Hulk, which seems to break himself away from all the stress of his son's situation to enjoy building a relationship with his new 34 year old girlfriend. All the tears and concerns they share with Nick on the phone calls in jail must be just a way to look like the concerned parent and as soon as the phone hangs up they are all headed out to hit the town. Maybe Linda and Hulk are out spending as much money as they can partying and taking out their new squeeze, so when the civil trial is over and they are all broke, they will have to resolve to a life of a common low class citizen with no cameras and no income to continue the life style of Escalades, big homes, spending all day on the beach and just maybe they will have to go get a real job.
I think Linda would look cute in a wal-mart smock working as a people greeter and Hulk, well, maybe he could get a paying gig as a bouncer at some club on the strip. Either way, I think their days of the glorified celebrity status is over. As for Brooke, hopefully the actions of her family will not hurt her career, but when the door slams shut, it slams shut on them all. There are always innocent casualties in every careless action and unfortantly, it is of course John first of all and probably the only innocent one in the Hulk family, Brooke.

655. Everyone here the only way nick would ever get more time for his crime would be if he tried to escape all of you idiots screaming for more time then 8 months need to get a life. Because double jeopardy is already attached and it was found by that court he serve no more then 8 month which means that it there no more chance to add time to him unless he break more laws so stop crying as this crime never affect anyone but those directly effected that being the Hogan family and John and hiss’s family.
