This little whiny mammas boy is paying for what he did! Period!!Anyone else would prob. have gotten more time!! But daay got the best lawyers! Mamma needs to shut her pie-hole!! This is not a family with class, this is family who doesn't want to work for anything! And Huck is creepy as hell!! Who in thier right mind rubs lotion on the ass of thier 20 yr old daughter!! 77. I agree with a lot of what imamom said, with the exception that I do not think the parents are setting a good example and should instead be helping Nick accept responsibility. And, I don't think John should be blamed - the driver is wholy responsible for the car and everyone in it, and should not get behind the wheel if impaired. I do believe that Nick should be in a juvenile facility, as he is a juvenile. Hopefully one where he'll do more than play cards all day. He deserves to do his time in my opinion, but not with adults.

79. Joe: I think TMZ has a scoop and none of the other sites are on to this yet. The paparrazi side to all of this will be next probably. You DO recognize all of the Hogan voices, don't you? I can't imagine you could think these are imposters.
On a slightly different note - why would Linda take her Divorce attorneys to a court hearing about trying to get little Nicky moved? Even more bizarre. But with this crew who knows. Anyway, some of this problem of Nicky being a juvenile will sort itself out on July 27th. That's right. Little Nicky will then turn 18 and be a big boy finally and can go to a regular jail, not a preschool one.

82. To #71 Ima mom, well I am a mom too. I have gone through the heartache of seeing my son in jail and prison over the course of 18 years. But never once did I try to get his ass out. I went through this since he was 13 years old and the juvenile system. But it still comes down to one fact, you do the crime, you do the time. Even the best of parents can have kids who screw up. But just because they are kids does that mean there are no consequences for their actions? Maybe there was problems between John and his mother, who knows? Does that mean she loves her son any less than Terry or Linda love their son Nick? For what it is worth, John is sentenced to a lifetime of no life. Isn't that enough? Nick was given 8 months, big deal. Sure he is scared. Jail is not supposed to be fun, not a 5 star hotel. But he chose not to go to trial and now he blames his lawyers, John Graziano...he blames everyone but himself. He is 17, not 7. He has a record of flaunting the law. He has parents who obviously feel that it is his right to endanger the public when he drives. I never felt good any time my own son was incarcerated but I also made him suck it up. He chose to do the crime, he had to do the time. Of course it isn't easy for Terry or Linda but heir son will get out. He will come home and speak to them, continue to drive, feed himself, tell them good-night or I love you. What does Mr. and Mrs. Graziano have to look forward to? Everytime the phone rings I am sure they wonder if it is the hospital calling to tell them of John's next crisis. Not wondering if the phone call is John calling to say good-night or I love you. Nick Bollea is no different than anyone elses kid evcept for the fact he has a mother and father who have never given him any morals or values. Oh right, Nick and his sister were made to get jobs at one point on their insipid program. One day?! Real lesson learned. And all these recorded phone calls are not private. You lose that right when you go to jail and anyone can have access to them. I for one am very glad that TMZ is putting them out there. The Bolleas have no regard whatsoever for the agony of John's family. All they think about is themselves and they are so ignorant that they don't even seem to realize that this will all go before a civil court too. Yeah, Nick is a 17 year old and he is in jail for a few months. Meanwhile John is on a life support system with a hole in the front of his head the size of a softball. He just bumped his head, he's going to wake up anytime now and Terry and Nick are gonna walk him out of the hospital. Now it is all John's fault. God did this to John, John's mother is to blame...so is his father. Everyone is to blame but the Bollea family. Sorry but it just doesn't cut it.

What TMZ is doing should be illegal...........these conversations, are private and priviledged....leave this family alone, he is in jail what happens happens, this is "hollywood" they are all above the law so leave it alone..........Paris, Nicole, Lindsay etc. all have "get out of jail free" cards at least this kid has done more time, yet not enough! He is trying and what you hear is just normal reaction from a scared child and his parents..........STOP it already otherwise I will start to make a stink about these taped conversations to the courts!!!!!!!!!!!!!

85. It's truly unfortunate that this family feels that they are the one's that are gettting the short end of the stick. Instead of trying to coddle their son and try to get him moved to another facility for no good reason they should be teaching him to own up to his crime and pay the very small price he has to pay. Oh wait that's what any normal parent would do, but these two jokers are clearly not good parent whatsoever starting with giving their underage son alcohol and keys to a car that he had no business being in.
