Nick Hogan asks his dad to pull a Paris Hilton -- pleading with him to "call the judge" to ask if Nick can be sprung from the joint and placed under house arrest.

In a taped conversation between Nick and Hulk Hogan, the lil' inmate is freaking out because he's in the maximum security area and isolated from other people. He then asks his dad, "If you can call the judge or something, please ask him to put me on house arrest, just so I can get out of here." Hulk responds, "Ok, bubba, I'm trying."

Pretty amazing.

121. Nick is so incredibly lucky to be isolated from other inmates, he just doesn't get it. Then he's worried that the guards won't hear him knock on the door? It's not like they're going to forget him. The only thing he wants from the guards is use of the stupid phone for his collect calls. What does he want, his own personal jail guard??

127. Why is it that TMZ only talks of the Spear's Family as being trailer trash? Surely, if everything you report is true, the Hogan/'"whatever the real name is" Family is more deserving of this title and all the lil' cute writing that goes with it!

IF everything we hear and read on TMZ is true, regarding these people, then they only have themselves to blame for the state of their lives and the attitudes and actions of their children. The best thing that would ever happen to this boy would be to keep him away from the lifestyle his parents seem to think he deserves, at whatever cost to others. They got off easy. If I'd been the jucge, I'd have made his release after time served conditional on BOTH of his parents completing and passing a responsible parenting class.

don't forget to mention that if they have a "MORALS CLAUSE" in the contract with Hogan-

132. I would hope everyone would remember that these are real people, a real family and to make outside judgment is outright unfair. You don't know these people pesonally, and what you see on T.V is ALL scipted to be so nieve to pass judgement on people you know nothing about to go as far as to say "spoiled little brat". Trust me Im very well aware that Terry has worked hard to get where he is and loves his children enough to give them what they want but he also makes them work for it. And as for nick he has made a horrible mistake but remember this was an ACCIDENT he didnt mean any of this think if you were in this situation not to mention the public pressure he didnt deny anything he knows what he has done and has been respectfully apologetic. Again people offer a little bit of class and give these people privacy because in the end your opinion about the "hogans" doesnt matter they have worked hard and enjoy the benefits of hard work and go on about their lives regardless maybe you should take example and work that much harder so your kids can hopfully one day and be "spoiled little brats"

133. Yeah, John willingly got into Nick's car, but did he do so KNOWING Nick was going to start drag racing???? He got in knowing his best friend was driving, and therefor he PUT HIS TRUST IN NICK TO KEEP HIM SAFE..... WHICH NICK FAILED TO DO BY DRIVING RECKLESSLY! Nick is no different than any other driver on the road, aside from the obvious parental influence (or lack thereof), the underage drinking (not as uncommon as we'd like to think it is) and his plethora of fast, souped up cars to choose from for racing purposes. What he did is no different from what any other reckless driver does, takes the lives of others into his own hands and plays, and thus destroys, them. Why should he NOT pay for his crimes???? They ARE crimes, afterall..... just because his daddy still dyes his hair the same shade of blonde as the youngins, and has a lifetime membership to a tanning salon, doesn't mean he's exempt from THE LAW.
Do your time, like the others, and shut up you whining little twit. You did the crime, now do the time! You are ALREADY getting special treatment by being in solitary away from the general populous. At this point you should be GLAD you aren't somebodys prison bitch! You have it EASY compared to some! SO SHUT THE F*CK UP YOU WHINING PIECE OF BABY SH*T! Mommy and daddy have always 'saved' you, by NOT allowing you to take the hard knocks in life and learning from your mistakes, I PRAY this time is different and the judge doesn't bend and fold and spare you the indecency of PUNISHMENT for your crimes.....

134. Terry & Linda have completely failed as parents. Nick seems to have learning disabilitys, is in jail and effectively has ended another human beiungs life. Brooke is uneducated and untalented. With all the gifts the Bollea's have had given to them, they sure squandered them.
