TMZ spies at tonight's Lakers/Spurs game spotted this tender moment between Patrick Swayze and Paula Abdul.
Swayze was diagnosed with cancer back in January. Paula Abdul has been wacko for as long as we can remember.

33. Paula might be a bit daffy but at least she faced him. My hubby just passed from cancer and even his best friend couldn't call because "he" couldnt deal with it! Good for Paula. To the rest of you, if you have a friend or loved one going through this or something similar, please, please if you cant face that person at least call a family member, a phone call means more than you could imagine. All my prayers to Patrick and every one else suffering.

37. Paula's absolutely no wacko. Fun, positive, uplifting and down to earth-- yes. She's been through her own forms of hell in this lifetime and I've absolutely enjoyed her company more than once.
Patrick is a wonderful guy and a really nice person both on and off screen. Damn shame about the cancer, but he's living life to it's fullest and doing his best to beat the cancer. Patrick could use some fun and if Paula made him smile and laugh-- more power to her! She did more for him with that hug than all you stupid commentors did!

44. From all acounts it appears to be that TMZ is more "WACKO or CRAZY" thna anyone else ever could be for printing what was an innocent picture of care and concern and friendship.
The man has cancer and is fighting the battle of his life and this is the caption they choose???!!!!!! Whoever is in charge needs to be fired and kicked out to the curb on his derriere.

God Bless Patrick, Farrah and Ted Kennedy and my prayers are with them. They are three strong dignified people and certainly someone to look up to.
