As was mentioned above, he is on some type of illegal muscle enhancer (steroid/HGH). It's well known that many rappers are on the juice like LL Cool GAY.

I don't know how old everyone is posting here, but I've been listening to Dre for welll over a decade, and he is a legend. A classic. Respect the man, please! He's earned it!
