"Harry Potter" Teen Killed in Knife Fight

A Brit teen set to appear in the next "Harry Potter" flick was killed yesterday after being stabbed in a fight -- over one little phone.

18-year-old Rob Knox died early Saturday morning after being shivved outside a bar in southwest London, say coppers, when he tried to defend his little brother over a missing cell phone. Knox was to play Ravenclaw student Marcus Belby in "Harry Potter and The Half-Blood Prince" which is slated for release in November.

Warner Bros. said it was "shocked" by the news. A 21-year-old man has been arrested on suspicion of murder, but no further details are yet available.

17. Didn't anyone notice that he was knifed"outside a bar"? NOT in the bar. and Certainly his 10 year old brother wasn't inside. How awful for the little brother!! My sympathies to his entire family. And the UK is no different from any other country these days. People kill for the slightest reason - because they usually get away with it - no death penalty, or loooong apeals processes, or lots of excuses why they did it, but certainly not taking responsibility for their own actions.

22. Legal age has nothing to do with it.
The USA is hypocritical, because the number one industry for teens is: fake ID

23. There are fights every night outside of the pubs in London. I think they cut off alcohol at 11pm or midnight and they all just pound the drinks before cut off. I go to the Dominican Rebublic a lot, where many Brits vacation. There's always 15, 16, 17 yr olds trashed, foul mouthed, and all their moms (mums) are out by the pool topless & drinking with them. Strangest thing was a chicken fight in the pool with a topless mom on her 15 yr old son's shoulders. It's normal for them.

24. Death
Life is something we should appreciate and adore
because there comes a time in life our services are
not needed anymore.

A time in life when we are the next step closer,
and if you have done what He asked, the struggle is over.

A time when one passes from this world to another--
a time when we lose a family member, friend or lover.
This has been happening long before our existence,
but some think it's a joke until they are convinced.

A time in life that we rejoice and have sorrow, so we
must change our wicked ways,
because that time can come tomorrow.

To have one pass away can leave you emotionally scarred,
but you must maintain your composure and keep
your faith in God.

So we must stop the hate and seek forgiveness for our sins,
because whether you know it or not,
death is what we must face in the end.

25. I am from the uk. It happens all the time here as it does everywhere else. Not so long ago a 11 year old boy was shot dead as he was playing football by a 14 year old and a 18 year old. Its not the country we come from, it’s the upbringing we have. One thing I will agree with is the comment about the uk. It is disgusting and I am ashamed to be from here. We are being ruled by idiots who think there way is the right way because they have got a degree in politics. Oooh well done, here’s your piece of paper now go dictate our economic lifestyle and change us for breathing! I say lets revolt!!!!!!! But back to this young lad, its disgusting and we should bring back the death penalty. A life for a life! WTF are the parents doing to raise such tw*ts

26. Just a quick note to Sarah, aside from your insanely racist views, could you please refrain from commenting on an entire continent as if your views were the views of its inhabitants. For your information, there is a much higher tolerance of race/colour/culture in Europe mainly due to the fact that there are so many different cultures here and we have all learned to respect each others differences over time. Thats not to say there aren't racist people here too, but please do not speak for us. There are thousands of black people emigrating to Ireland from Africa every year and they fit in very well, with minimal crime compared to the white native population. Crimes such as the one in which this poor young man lost his life do not stem from race, they stem from mental problems in the attacker. And for those of you who say in previous comments that this wouldn't happen in America because the legal age of drinking is 21, my apologies, but plenty of American teens find ways of getting the booze, just like people who are under 18 in Europe do. And if you want to go down the "that wouldn't happen here" route, lets talk about gun-related murders............
