183. 177 There is not one person I have read you on this site that has not said this was not a tragedy. But you have to question why instead of using that energy to stop this from ever happening again, you are trying to get a kid messed up in prison. With jails over crowding in Fl Nick is placed with harden criminals in that county lock up. They will see this conversation as him trying to get out of something and it is not the case, they will mess him up. My brother made the same calls when he was sent to Fl prison, he blamed the victim. My mom talked to him the same way Linda talked to her son. It means nothing but a child scared to death and a mom shooting her mouth off to comfort her child. In a month Nick will settle down and you will see him taking responsibility for his crime. I know what they are saying is out of fear so I am giving them the benefit of the doubt. That is why these tapes should never have been aired, a scared young man conversation have been twisted to mean he has no remorse over his crime. As for the young man with a hole in his head, you cannot blame all that on Nick, we have had seat belt laws fro 20 yrs, and the severity of all his injuries could be avoided by a belt. That is why John family told the judge the sentence they would like to see imposed on Nick. Did the Hogan life style cause this tragedy; YES. Boycott the show is a great idea. But take these tapes down, Nick is 17 and he should be protected from being stupid, that is why we seal juvenile records. I have a feeling the kid will come out of this a better person and he will be a poster child for kids to stop drinking and driving. I am also going to say the money Nick wants to make will be used to help his friend. I have no idea I am just trying to be positive here, but I am not going to guess from a 2 min conversation that he has no remorse. Posting these tapes is wrong and from experience from my brother, right now Nick is talking out of fear, I will not judge him for being a scared kid. I can also say, drug dealers are right now trying to get Nick signed on as a customer. Nick is dealing with trash of the earth and I personally hope he does not learn bad habits in jail like my brother did. From experience's posting this info on this site has put Nick in harms way. Nick is stupid but putting this info up is just as stupid by TMZ, & it is wrong. Yes I am a mom of a 17 yr old and he does not drink or do drug because these types of stupid acts by kids. (Look what happens when you drink and drive), educate your children and pray for the parents who think they are cool for letting there kids drink. Even if they think it is OK as long as they are with them. It is wrong!!!!

I did read many of the people's responses during the last couple of days, and I did notice that Nick's mother claimed on the phone that she was suffering much more then John's mother (while she is at her beach house complaining of no one to go to the beach with, and John's mother in a hospital watching her comatose son) , and Linda also dared to tell Nick that she actually knew John much better then John's own mother (can you believe the chutzpah??? ) . The Bollea/Hogan family are despicable.
God, I definitely didn't plan on crying on Memorial Day, but when I saw those horrid pictures of John, I simply started to cry. I had goosebumps all over my body.

You send money to a inmates account, they use that money to buy food from vending machines or supplies like toothpaste or such from the commissary, you give the goods to the drug dealer and they give you drugs supplied by guards. That is how they get drug paid for in prison, not sure how many snicker bars it cost but money is not used. So if Nick is going threw allot of money he is trying to pay fro protection by buying drugs, Right now Nick is being threatened because inmates do not like rich kids thinking they will get away with anything. Fl will probably have to send him home to house arrest for his own protection. All these tapes have done is endanger a 17 yr old life. They should have never been aired, Nick is a stupid kid and he is in jail but TMZ is just as stupid for posting a 2 mn conversation form a scared kid. These tapes could get Nick killed in jail, and you have to realize that. I am pointing this out from what I saw happen to my own brother while he was in a Fl jail. Nick recordings should have been sealed and these tapes never aired for his own protection while in prison. He screwed up but he does not deserve to be messed up for it. His parents though I am all for boycotting their
show, you do not give a child a race car and than allow him to drink. Put your energy into stopping stupid parents from raising stupid kids, but take these tapes down before something tragic happens.

188. Stop The Hate... Once again, Nick is NOT in prision. He is in county lock up. There is a very big difference. He is also in protective custoday. He is NOT in GP with "hardened criminals" He is NOT going to be killed while sitting in 49th Street. You want to move him home for his protection? Well who is going to protect the community from him? I do not for one second believe he will adhere to the rules of house arrest. Oh and big hardship house arrest would be where he lives. The the house in question is over 7,000 sq. ft. With a pool and many other ammenitites. He said the cell he is in now (7x9) is smaller than his bathroom at home. He is lucky to be in a 7x9. The cells that most have to share are smaller than that.

networks & sponsors if you pick up and/or air any show that the Bollea aka Hogan
family are a part of. This is based on the just released audio
conversations Mr. Bollea had with his incarcerated son placing blame
on the victim of the tragic car wreck that Nick Bollea (who was drunk
courtesy of his father who purchased the alcohol for his minor child)
caused. It also shows they have no remorse for what has happened to
John Graziano (the victim) & their only concern is for their own
financial gain.
This notice is also being placed on TMZ's website for others to
follow suit.

And make sure it is on all the networks. They are not doing this kid any favors. Next time he will kill his self or an innocent bystander.

Lawsuit Over Tragic Crash Takes Hulk Hogan's Family to Task

PINELLAS COUNTY, Florida — A civil lawsuit was filed Monday in Florida on behalf of the young man seriously injured last year when Nick Hogan smashed his Toyota Supra into a palm tree. The suit uses standard language in seeking damages "that exceed $15,000." The most intriguing part of the lawsuit is the detailed picture it paints of the Hulk Hogan family as one that encouraged "reckless" driving.

Nick Hogan, whom the lawsuit describes as a "professional drift driver," is the son of Hulk Hogan, the former pro wrestling star, and Linda Bollea. The family is listed as defendants by their given names: Terry Bollea (Hulk Hogan), Linda (Hogan) Bollea and Nicholas Bollea. The lawsuit holds the parents responsible for "Nicholas Bollea's lack of judgment and careless manner of driving on the roads in the state of Florida." It also claims that Hulk Hogan bought alcohol that his son allegedly drank on the day of the crash.

"Oh, I love it, I love it," the lawsuit alleges Linda Bollea said about her son's street racing. "The rush, the speed on the road, stereoblasting [sic], heartpounding [sic], racing in between all the cars, dodging the cops. It's awesome." The suit was filed in the circuit court of the Sixth Judicial Circuit in Florida's Pinellas County, where the family lived at the time of the crash.

The lawsuit also claims that Hulk Hogan knew, or should have known, that the Supra had been modified to have "in excess of 400 horsepower."

The lawsuit charges that Nick Hogan and Daniel Jacobs, who is also named in the suit, were engaged in "racing from light to light." Nick Hogan was behind the wheel of a 1998 Toyota Supra that he jointly owned with his father; Jacobs was behind the wheel of a 2003 Dodge Viper owned by Hulk Hogan. John Graziano, the 23-year-old Iraq War veteran who was a passenger in Nick Hogan's vehicle, is on a ventilator as a result of the crash, according to Florida media.

Among the more interesting details in the lawsuit: the list of speeding tickets given to Nick Hogan. It alleges that he blew past a Florida highway trooper on September 17, 2006, at 107 mph in a 70-mph zone on the highway known as "Alligator Alley." Later that day, he was stopped by another trooper for driving 115 mph in a 70-mph zone. The lawsuit claims Nick Hogan would "practice and/or engage in 'drifting' on the public roads in the state of Florida."

What this means to you: Enabling is the word that comes to mind, at least if you believe the lawsuit's claim that the Hogan family encouraged their son's need for speed. — Anita Lienert, Correspondent
