63. So far, the urban dictionary has no definition for "bluejay" other than fellatio, and I don't think that's what Nick is talking about when his mother goes to visit. It's obviously something to do with the kid's commissary money so he can buy some real food besides the crap they serve in that place. When he talks about a "gimmick" that his mom is gonna try, I'll bet it's just a way to circumvent some of the rules (again) so that he gets more money in his account than is normally allowed.

65. Why is it that TMZ only talks of the Spear's Family as being trailer trash? Surely, if everything you report is true, the Hogan/'"whatever the real name is" Family is more deserving of this title and all the cute lil' writing that goes with it!

IF everything we hear and read on TMZ is true, regarding these people, then they only have themselves to blame for the state of their lives and the attitudes and actions of their children. The best thing that would ever happen to this boy would be to keep him away from the lifestyle his parents seem to think he deserves, at whatever cost to others. They got off easy. If I'd been the jucge, I'd have made his release after time served conditional on BOTH of his parents completing and passing a responsible parenting class.

The discussion about house cleaning is, I think, really about getting enough information to the lawyers to help them convince the judge that one of their various homes is "clean" enough (secure enough) to permit Nick to serve the remainder of his sentence under house arrest. He is now one of only two adolescents in his present facility. It is an adult facility and they are going to argue that it is therfore ill-equipped to handle someone of Nick's age. They will likely argue that it is cruel and unusual punishment to keep him confined in this cell 24/7, yet becuse it is an adult facility, the jail cannot assure his safety in an adult male population. Therefore, the argument would go, the only alternative is removal. Rather than argue for a transfer to an adolescent facility -- and trust me, they DON"T want that since adolescent facilities are traditionally the most violent -- they will seek to have him serve house arrest with an ankle bracelet (the "blue jay").

Look at Dad, he's and old lecherous bastard chasing after young nubile tail and Mom runs up to the jail looking like a $2 street hooker that even the sex starved prisoners looked the other way when they saw her old siliconed and botoxed ass coming. They're all crying woe is me because their little boo boo has to spend 8 months in jail for almost killing someone, when John Graziano lays in a nursing home with a hole in his skull and a prisoner for life. Those two parents are the ultimate baby boomers from hell who've raised two little spoiled trust fund trainwrecks.

75. I cannot believe they are giving out these personal phone calls like this. I have never seen anything like this. Guilty or not. It is BS for somebody to not be able have a conversation without the audio being SOLD or just givin out to the media. Of all the stars that have been in prison (and there have been tons) how come we have never seen this before? The kid is in jail. Isnt that what everybody wanted? This is BS.
