In one call, Hulk trashes Nick's mom Linda, saying she spends more money on lawyers than on calling cards for Nick. In the second, Nick complains that Mommy Dearest would rather pass the phone around to other people than talk to her son.

Wow TMZ, you're making Linda look like she's the only rational one in the family. Somebody posted a link with photos allegedly of John Graziano in the the hospital with a massive hole in his skull. If that's true then the judge was more than lenient with Nick. I don't see however, how the Hogan family can be liable for the accident other than allowing their irresponsible son to drive. Shouldn't the civil suit be filed against Nick and then collected when he turns 18? Come on TMZ you're the legal people!
