46. I have to say...I really don't see anything wrong with what they said. Sounds to me like this kid has just been messing up. Its horrible that he got hurt, and I do think that Hulks son should be serving some time for what he did. He was being irresponsible, but the other kid was too. It's terrible that he was injured so severly, but neither of them should have been in that car , and unfortunatley one payed the price a bit worse than the other. Don't know him, but it sounds like Hulk knows more about the kid than we know. Anyway, it's sad for both families, but people have to remember that Hulks son is paying for what he did. Hulks wife didn't say anything bad either....she's probably right. The other Mother is probably very angry, and not thinking about the fact that her son shouldn't have been in the car either. They both made a choice that they shouldn't have. Anyway, just leave them all alone. It's terrible and noone wins in these situations.

48. y is everyone talking so bad of the Hogans i mean come on i bet the guy was not telling his friend Nick to slow down when they were racing and nick is under age so who supplied the liqour or beer? i think the only reason the parents of nicks friend is suing is for the money i mean come on they have been friends for a long time and it takes a accident like this to try and get some much needed money i think maybe nick should be resposible for some hospital bills but to sue his parents is wrong im sure his friend would agree if he was able it was a great night that turned bad for these two i know they arent the only ones who drive fast and they wont be the last its not fair that there getting all this because they are famous!!!!!!!! they are a great family and thats enough said

49. Why is everyone so quick to defend the Hogan family? Prison conversations are not private. If you call someone in jail, do you really think that no one is listening in? Recording phone conversations is beneficial to the prison system because it helps prevent escapes, murders, drug deals, etc. etc. Your outrage should be directed at those responsible for leaking the tapes to TMZ. All TMZ is trying to do is make a profit, which in a capitalist society, is understandable. The main problem is that Nick Hogan needs to take some responsibility for street racing and almost killing his "friend." This is societies problem, no one wants to take responsibility for their actions, choosing instead to blame their problems and situations on the "other guy." Man up Nick and accept responsibility for you stupidity, not discuss how you can make money as soon as you walk out of jail. Nick is already getting preferential treatment because of who is father is, he is "isolated", meaning he has a jail wing all to himself most likely, but mommy thinks he needs a room with a window. I am sure his friend in the hospital has a window, but sadly he can't open his eyes to look out of it.

50. Are you kidding? Hulk and his wife need a reality check. They and their son need to accept the responsibility for this terrible accident. Eight months should have been eight years. Nick is not a victim. He's a cry baby spoild brat just like the rest of these so called reality "stars". Man up, son. If you're going to play you've got to pay. As for Hulk and Linda, teach your children well instead of offering a bunch of lip service and excuses for a kid not smart enough not to drink and drive. You're not helping him by letting him, and yourselves, be looked upon as the victims in case.

I unlike "gansa" feel that the Hogans deserve wha's comig to them.Their son almost killed someone and all the parents can think of is themselves.And I heard that Nick dosen't lie being in jail;Hey Nick maybe if you didn't try to kill him by driving like a moron you'd be home in your nice cozy bed and having your mommy kiss you goodnight instead of Bubba.What a bunch of LOSERS!

56. TMZ as not done one thing wrong ,Telling and showing the world how cold the Hogans are no blood going threw any of that familys vines just ice water. Gansa the conversations are not personal . I'm a tax payer and I own that phone and every thing that Nick eats wears, sleeps on Is mine. All you guys that are saying nice things about the Hogains must be family or friends. Or they are paying people to say all the good stuff.to make It look like they are so loved ,Bull sh#&%. I used to watch the show a long time a go I quite because the father Hulk was way to busy getting In to his daughters life. It look like he was in love with her not like a fathe's love sick man. Look at Clint Eastwood hes 78 for God sake I think he deserves to have a little gut now in his life.
