Panty-Clad Chicks Sue Over "Reputation"

Two chicks claim Rolling Stone mag has damaged their reputation by publishing a photo of them in their panties kissing a dude -- a pic that was circulated on the Internet for months. What are we missing here?

Melissa Solano and Ceil Stearman want north of $30K, because they claim in a lawsuit against Rolling Stone that the photo is "harmful to their reputations." Something tells us that these girls' reputations were harmed long ago.

Wenner Media didn't immediately return a call for comment....but maybe they don't have to.

18. I think Rolling Stone has been in the business long enough to know what they can publish and what they can't legally. They also have the high rolling lawyers. Girls, if it walks like a duck and talks like a duck it's probably a duck (replace the word "duck" with "slut" and that about covers this story)!

19. I know all three people in that pic. It wasn't a photo shoot it was a private pic taken at a private party. Why shouldn't they sue. No one ever asked them if that pic could be put in rollingstone. If they put a pic of me like that in a magazine i would probably lose my job.

26. This is so wonderful. I had not seen this picture and never would have had it not been for this lawsuit.

Do realize that had you had on even a simple t-shirt (dry of course) that the picture would be far less interesting.
