Celebrity Justice
Karma Bites Lil' Wayne in the Butt

A lot of times, when the lil' guy -- in this case, a singer named Karma -- says someone -- Lil' Wayne -- jacked his or her song as a sample and wants to get paid, it's a bogus ploy to score some coin. This is not one of those times.

Karma Ann Swanepoel sings a folky-guitary song called "Once" which is -- let's just say -- very prominently featured in his hit song "I Feel Like Dying." In a lawsuit filed in Louisiana, Karma says that Wayne's label has actually been trying to make a deal to use her song, but they haven't agreed. But Lil' W has been pimping out his song everywhere -- MySpace, YouTube, and live on his tour. And now Karma wants relief -- in the form of cold, hard cash.

Lil' Wayne's manager didn't return a call for comment.

35. 31. LOOOK to all you people out there, Lil wayne is one of the greatest rappers still in the game (except Jay-Z), hes got made skills, if your making a mixtape or remix's to a song thats isnt yours den yes he needs to give credit and fork over dat cake. BUT TMZ did them a unjustice because they ddint let you hear both songs the whole verison. Little wayne might have copied her hook an switched it up a little bit but thats he the rest is His own verues and lyrics but it still isnt fair to karam but u gotta agree with what they said atleast it will get palying time expecially after all this bull$hit controversy about it, Also it is also unfair that the songed leaked before their deal could be finalized but dats da music game an 1 last thing when u make enough money like lil wayne birdman an the whole cash money label 20 million like pocket change

JAY-Z HAS TO WRITE EVERYTHING BEFORE HE RAPS IT. HE HAS NO FREESTYLE SKILLS AND SHOULDN'T BE RESPECTED.

WHY DON'T YOU TURKEYS LISTEN TO SOME PHARCYDE, PEOPLE UNDER THE STAIRS, OR DELTRON, OR MF DOOM, OR ATMOSPHERE, EL P, ETC? OH YEAH BECAUSE YOU ALL LOVE TO SUPPORT HIP HOP THAT PERPETUATES THE STERIOTYPES THAT STILL ENSLAVE BLACK PEOPLE.

EYE FOR AN EYE - SHE SHOULD GET HER PAY.

39. EbonyTonisha Washington : you are everything decent black Americans do not want to be represented by, you simply suck sweat.

And the guy with the ugly mug : talking about raping (not rapping) a song... oh my god ! If Karma has anything like pride she wouldn't accept a deal even for 10 million USD !

40. She does not have a case, because he did not profit off of this song. It was leaked so he never used it, it was put on free mixtapes. Had it been on his album, she would have a case. Woman should've given him clearance, folk singers are the worst kind...

41. Well if this pale chicken-head and her management team would have came to an agreement in over the past year which is how long Wayne has been "pimpin" this song we would be hear talkin bout this dumb stuff... Like my man said above me, that chicken-head should be happy a rap dude did that song some justice and cross that wack stuff up and made it a national hit in the hood, ya digg...

42. Lil Wayne is one of the best rappers alive. Everybody that's putting him down is just made because their to stupid to understand his lyrics and I guarantee he looks better than everybody that's trying to call him ugly. Get where he's at then try to talk stuff!

43. For those who think that Lil' Wayne did not make any profit from this song, you are GRAVELY mistaken, SHE CANNOT SUE this is aimed to you, the fact that this song was PLAYED on SIRIUS RADIO means it was played and Lil' Wayne WILL BE GETTING A ROYALTY CHECK FROM IT, HENCE A COPYRIGHT INFRINGEMENT. This fact along is enough to SUE LIL' WAYNE. Also for all you know, that OFFER you speak off, may have been a really crappy OFFER from LIL' WAYNE's producers/label. So please, before you speak out of your rectum again, know all the facts. This case has been in the making for over a year, and LIL' WAYNE has been on the run to not get served for many months. They are both getting what they deserve, Karma is getting recognition and Lil' Wayne is gonna pay for it.

44. I hate to admit Lil wayne has skills but he is too overrated, he just needs to take a break, and I wondering how can some females say he's fine, you must be smoking something, he looks like sh*t, he is losing more and more fans everyday because of he's full of himself, thats why you haven't really heard from no real rappers because they're waiting on him to mess up, which he already have
