Kirk Douglas Is Going Downhill Fast

A visibly excited (and by that we mean terrified) Kirk Douglas used his own power to conquer a slide at a L.A. park on Wednesday. Women and children first!
Kirk Douglas
Born Issur Danielovitch, the 91-year-old living legend -- who has donated millions to parks -- was on hand for the dedication of the playground in his and his wife's honor.

By the way, those are red socks -- not his legs.

46. My son's elementary school is a much better place because of Kirk Douglas' grants. I wish more celebrities would be like him and use their money to help kids!

47. Don't make fun of this man...he is wonderful and is a stroke survivor. To see someone having fun and being active after a stroke is a miracle. Bless him!

49. All you haters are idiots. So he looks old. Well, guess what. He IS old. He also looks like he's having a ball. More power to him. He reminds me of my husband's grandfather who died last year at 100. He was still active until about 3 months before he died. Still living in his own house, etc. Some people age well and some don't. I take it your relatives haven't. Sorry about that.

50. Growing old and enjoying it is an achievement, not something to be ashamed of. I'm surprised at a lot of these stupid comments that I suspect are written by teens. America has no respect for the elderly, which is exactly why your own kid will one day shove you in a nursing home to die.

53. This man is a legend!!! For those of you who've left cruel, thoughtless remarks, perhaps you're not aware that Mr. Douglas suffered a severe stroke several years ago. Thankfully, his strength and strong character have carried him through. This is a real man, from a better time, a time when people knew the meaning of decency & respect. Best wishes Mr. Douglas and thank you for your generous, giving spirit. You, sir, are an inspiration!!!!

58. FLBiker, what's going on? You've been rude and crude before but you were always funny. The last couple of days you've just been mean and nasty. Are you're hormones out of whack or something? Please get better. I like the funny FLBiker a lot, this one not so much.
