18. give her a break--every girl in her late teens/early twenties has had a best friend who it seemed they were inseperable from. big deal. and even if they are a couple, big deal again! who didn't experiment at that age? and even if it turns out she is truly a lesbian, even bigger deal! this is 2008--it's OK. i promise.

lindsey needs to stop trying to be what everyone expects, and just be herself. her pale, freckled, red-headed, possibly sapphicly-inclined self. there's nothing wrong with that. the prettiest pictures i've seen of her were when she wasn't spray-tanned, bleached, bronzed...just freckled and happy. you don't have to look like barbie to be beautiful.
