Rob Lowe to Nanny: You Have Unclean Hands!

Rob LoweRob Lowe has filed an answer to the legal claim lodged by former nanny Laura Boyce. His response: Deny, deny deny.

Lowe claims neither he nor his wife did anything sexually untoward as alleged by Boyce. In legal papers filed today in L.A. County Superior court and obtained by TMZ, they deny every one of her claims. They also say her claims are barred by the statute of limitations, that she sat on her hands (i.e., waited too long) before filing her claim.

And the Lowes say she should be thrown out of court because she has "unclean hands." That means even if the Lowes did something dirty, so did she -- so she doesn't have a righteous case.

We love the law.

Look, Rob and wife, just do a settlement out of court. I figure $20-30K. This will be much less money then if you go to court and try to fight it. If even you win in court, it will be more more than $30K in lawyer fees.

There has always been, and always will be people who try to "bring down" people who are more successful than they are. They are people who want to have the same success as the people they work for, - without putting the time or effort to get there. They have a misplaced sense of entitlement.

Just settle and tell the public you did it to save money and time, but there was no wrong doing on your part.

20. No story here...The Lowes filed what is considered a very standard Answer to the nanny's Complaint. Attorneys regularly plead multiple defenses such as the statute of limitations and unclean hands in the early stages of litigation. They have to raise any and all possible defenses at the outset or they can be barred from raising them later in the case...Failing to allege all posible applicable defenses means the defense attorney and the Lowes would really be SOL (and that's not short for statute of limitations.)

21. I totally back the Lowes, the nannies are not credible. Rob Lowe is an extremely easy target and personally the nannies didn't have to stay a second longer then the point the felt uncomfortable...so why did they stay? Probably because they didn't have a problem with the lifestyle they were involved in with celebrities.....I say to the Lowes: This will pass, the mass majority aren't buying the stoires and the rest don't care. Gloria Allred is probably already regretting promoting this case..

27. I met him once at an AA meeting in Montecito when he was scamming chicks at meetings. I'm sure his last name is Kennedy. He is a total product of "too much, too soon". The rest of the country is safe as long as he stays in California.
