Trump Dumps Casino to Unload Lawsuit

That's how Donald Trump rolls: You get rid of a lawsuit by unloading one of your casinos on the guy you're suing ... for $316 million!

Trump just sold his Trump Marina Hotel Casino in Atlantic City to Richard Fields, reports the Miami Herald, with whom he's been in a bitter legal slapfight in south Florida over the Seminole Hard Rock casinos. The Don had filed suit back in 2004, but it'll be dropped if the sale goes through.

His Combover's lawyer says his client is "delighted" by the agreement.

17. I can care less obout "The Donald" but as a business person he has that down, if he was suck an idiot he would have have had as much success as he has had. I have never heard him in the news with one of his businesses going bankrupt or that his empire is in trouble. So the personal thoughts of "The Donald" is not any of my business but I am just worried about this Atlantic City Holtel, I am spending a week their for my Wedding in a few months. DAMN I hope by then everything is still under "The Donald's" expectations, I only want the best.

18. LOL- well then "topkat", you must have missed the '90's then, when The Donald nearly brought down Citibank with his incompetence. Fortunately, Daddy and The Prince bailed him out back then, but I suspect that, much like before, The Donald's ego has leveraged himself into a position where he has to sell hard assets to bail himself out; No one is taking his paper.

Never in the history of gambling has anyone sold a casino because they were doing so well........... Right Don?
