A law suit is a great idea. What TMZ has done is def ILLEGAL. They have published private, personal medical info and have subjected an innocent pregnant woman to jeopardy. They are owned by AOL which is owned by Time Warmer. We're talking DEEEEEEEP pockets.

Sue these guys back to the stone age.

YOU DO NOT KNOW if Clay is gay or NOT
and if he has a baby with a woman GOOD FOR HIM
I'd rather have them for parents than 2 dudes or 2 gals only
LEAVE HIM ALONE
CONGRATS CLAY
and that was funny!

Classylady - Guess what??? You are at the site that you bash! Why are you here if this isn't entertainment for you? Do you feel the need to go to all of the entertainment sites and preach to people that it's wrong? Was that your calling in life? You give the impression that this is not entertainment for you. So why are you here? You have some huge insecurity issues if you feel the need to tell the world that you have class and others need to "get a life" and you are at the SAME SITE. You typed in the words tmz.com and even had enough interest to click on the comment section. You have also posted comments before so this isn't a one time deal. Come to terms with your own behavior rather than preaching to others.

Aw, just curious, did someone take away your candy?

My definition of entertainment is not tearing other people's lives apart, ie. lion's den in the Roman Colesium. So why are you at this site? And posting (preaching)? Seems to me your mentality (or lack thereof) is showing!

Michael J. says he is not gay, Clay says he is not gay. Why do they act like it and dress like it then? My gardar starts clicking with I see either of those not gay guys. I had a step-brother that was not gay. Married a not gay woman. They got by with this for a few weeks. We all found out they were really gay. And I don't mean happy. Also, I beleive being gay is a learned life style.

Oh Classylady, here you are....back again... For someone who claims this isn't personal entertainment, you sure visit this site a lot. You are a classic example of a hypocrite. Not only are your responses highly hypocritical but they are very immature. If you are over the age of 16 and responding like you are, you may need to get some therapy or read some self help books.

Well, well, well.... it seems that someone who was actually at the Ford's Theatre Gala & saw the incident from the audience perspective has weighed in on a blog:

"My girlfriend is the PA to a very famous person, who was at the DC show ...... (she) shyed away from meeting Clay, as he was busy when she was back stage, she isn't really a fan and had nothing to say to him. She told me I can tell you,
that he was a perfect gentleman through out the event. He sang so beautifully that she cried. She said it was a gospel event and that his performance was the mildest, quietest of the night. She had hope he would have wailed, but in no way was she disappointed. He was terrific. He was escorted in because there were very aggresssive people outside trying to get at him and this isn't necessarily true for all the guests. He was the attention getter this time around (well, Duh! ) They (not necessarily Secret Service, but hired body guards) were body blocking those people and he got in safely ...... On his way out, they tried to block again and the TMZ photographer was pushing and shoving to get up front to his car and actually twisted a woman's arm to get her out of the way. What we saw on film was Clay attempting to get into his vehicle and pushing his hand over the lense of the camera. There was no angry altercation. It was just a camera pushed into his face. The Theatre reported to inquirers that Clay was a gentleman throughout and that the press people were out of control. The story was completely fabricated to make it look as though there was a problem."

Why does this not surprise me? TMZ & all paps try to start altercations with celebs just so they can get the dough for their hits & pictures that a story like this bring. When are all you TMZ sycophants going to realize that this site & many others, as well as the print tabloids are full of nothing but lies in order to make a buck??????

Ah, just curious, you are back again. I rather expected you would be. Correction: It was you, not I, who said this site is personal entertainment. The only thing I see here that is entertaining is you.

I find it sad that there are people who cannot deal with their own shortcomings in life, thus they engage in cruelty as entertainment. Then they try to justify their actions as in the pot calling the kettle black or to put it in simpler terms--name calling; ie hypocrite.

Since you say you are 'just curious' you might want to study post #96, especially the following excerpt:

"..the TMZ photographer was pushing and shoving to get up front to his car and actually twisted a woman's arm to get her out of the way. What we saw on film was Clay attempting to get into his vehicle and pushing his hand over the lens of the camera. There was no angry altercation. It was just a camera pushed into his face. This was published earlier today at a legitmate website and shows up you TMZ writers for the dishonest people you are. I'll be interested in your further comments.

Classylady
You need to learn how to read and actually comprehend what is written. Go back and read our past posts. I am not going to waste my time retyping the same comments to help you understand. This whole comment session with you is turning out to be very boring. You are hypocritical and you need to come to terms with that.

The Claymates posting here are insane. The camera guy asked a simple question that was completely inoffensive. It's actually one of the first questions asked of an expectant parent. For Clay to behave in such a violent and diva'ish way was childish and STUPID! No matter how you Claymates want to spin it, there is no excuse for Clay's uncivilized behavior.

In response to Jackie, the item posted above about what happened at the Ford Theatre was not originally written by a clay fan. It was written by an employee of one the other major stars present that night. Read the following quote again.

"The Theatre reported to inquirers that Clay was a gentleman throughout and that the press people were out of control. The story was completely fabricated to make it look as though there was a problem."

Just Curious,
You can call me any kind of names you want to, but I stand by what I said in regard to people like you who seem to think hurting other people is a form of entertainment. Staying informed is one thing, entertainment is quite another.

I will also repeat what Clay has said many times, that people will believe whatever they want to, and it is useless to continue trying to explain the facts to them. That is why trashy tabloids stay in business.

Bye now.

Concerning the above post....give me a break! TMZ is the tabloid who "broke" this story. Do you really think that if this story is true that Clay, Jaymes, and their families were filled with glee and excitement over it being told in countless media sources? Would you? TMZ delved into their personal lives and you can't make me believe that they didn't do it for sensationalism and to hurt them. I've seen a few of TMZ's stories and they are always done in a way that hurts or is totally over the top. I'm amazed Clay had the self-control to simply put his hand over the camera (and just what is violent about that???). He didn't want the story to break (or to be lied about, whichever it is), he didn't want to answer a low life tabloid like TMZ, and he didn't have to. TMZ needs to get out of people's personal lives. They are pathetic!
