3. ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Nick almost kills someone and HE wants to go home? This poor young man that is going to be hurting for the rest of his life and not able to live life to it's fullest, what about HIM Nick! 9. Man, all they are about is fame and money. Nick deserves to be in jail, and he shouldn't get the reality show he wants. I hope the WWE doesn't bring Hulk back anymore....was never a fan in the first place....what a lier! He preached great family values...and looked how his marriage and children turned out!

Nick needs to stay were his at he did the crime and now he needs to do the time, It would not be fair to the rest of us or John's family. I know how you feel his your baby boy but he need to learn his lesson.

11. I agree this is a horrible thing, and that they have exploited themselves too much, but this is still a minor. How many 17 yr olds do the same thing, and get charged as a juvenile? He was only charged as an adult because of who he is, and I think it is very discriminating for the courts to continue with treating celebs harder than they would any other person. I am very sorry for Johns family, but he knew who he was getting in the car with, and I am sure this was not the first time they had done this. He is to blame for at least half of this. To put a 17 yr old kid in a penitentiary for this, is really warped. Yes, he should be punished, but I'm sure losing his friend is part punishment as well. House arrest, and community service would be quite sufficient for his part. This kind of thing happens everyday, unfortunately, and people don't go to jail for 8 mos.

Graziano's lawyers at least had heads up on this request , thanks to the tapes !! , I'm sure they will gladly supply the judge with what Nick has been thinking abt while in jail...btw...since when was jail suppose to be a fun place? and I also hope the judge doesn't transfer him to minuminm security cause it will only be a matter of time until he " lets" something happen to him so he can yet again request transfer to home for safety reasons....Keep him where he is..he still hasn't learn't his lesson, doubt he ever will though anyways.
