77. Really, what has gotten into people. You are all so cruel. This fine young man has the misfortune to have an accident that could happen to anyone. What good is it to hold him in jail, with common criminals,,he belongs with his mother and father at home not rotting in jail. he's not even of age yet. Is this even legal?What he needs is a little comassion from people instead of name calling. This has been a tough year for him, he lost his endorsment deals for his once promising racing career and I think his acting career is over with cancellation of the reality show (which by the way he was excellent on). His parents are in a divorce. I think he needs to be released a soon as possible.Anyway Nick from all your fans out here, we are supporting you.

The hogan family has shown us the reality of who they are as people, cold, calulation, heartless and selfish. Any judge that even considers this non-sence needs to be removed from the bench.

I have NO RESPECT for any of the hogans, to me Nick was not the only guilty party, Terry (Hulk Hogan) was just as guilty as the adult being right behind his son while racing and did nothing to stop, and also allowded him to drive knowing he was drinking..Maybe Nick, and his Father should both be locked up.

People are "picking" on this kid because after feigning concern for the boy that he all but ended the life of, and his family, the Hogan's true colors and intentions come out when they think no one can hear them. Stating the other family isn't suffering, they are. Saying the victim must have had some bad karma to have this happen to him. What happened to him was Their Son! I can understand trying to protect your own, but maybe the Hogans are in the position they are in because they never taught their children repsonsiblilty. You'd think they'd wake up and learn the lesson. Nick is in the position he is in because of bad parenting. Self-entitled A-holes. Throw the book at them all, and rocks, and some nail bombs.
