125. Are you people crazy? This was an accident, an accident that ANY one of you could have had happen. Don't you remember what it was like to be young and get in a car and drive crazy with your friends? I agree with the legal papers, John CHOSE to get in the car and he CHOSE to NOT wear his seat belt. Nick WAS wearing his seat belt and following the law, John was not. Nick and his family should not have to take the responsibility for this, I'm sure John was in the car egging Nick on to drive faster and was a FULL part of this accident. Yes Nick should take some responsibility but everyone is acting like John has no responsibility in this at all when in fact his part is just as big as Nick's. And and accident is what it is, not intentional. This is being seized as a money making opportunity for the Graziano's. Yes, I understand and feel for their loss but blaming the Hogans and trying to take all thier money just isn't right. This is what America has come to. What a fk'd up country!

I know the Hogans are God fearing Christians and because of this they will get back up on their feet and come back bigger and better than ever.God is watching over them and will not let them fail. It is time for Nick to be released and get back to entertaing his fans. And I expect a new album from Brooke this year.She has turned into such an icredible singer, sonwriter and performer.People need to open theirs hearts and reaise what these kids have had to go through lately and relize they need your prayers not names.

Unfortunately, the adults decided to procreate but didn't followthrough. When this happens, the result is a (talent-free) daughterwith the morals of a fruit fly (and sorry, but lady looks like adude), and a 17 year-old guest of the state who is trying to get through his post-pubescent years with a pre-pubescent brain and no apparent values. If said parents HAD actually followed through onchild-rearing, they may have actually produced children with someactual value to society. Instead, I present you Nick and Brooke. Honestly, Terry and Linda, are ya proud? You see yourselves and your CHILDREN all over the internet and tabloids, none of you with oneredeeming quality...are you proud? What about this--you tell your (as of now, fairly worthless) children to get themselves an education and start contributing to this society that they mistakenly think is so enamored of them, or no more money? I suspect neither of you has the spine to do such a horrific thing as force your kids to go to college (that's the one with more than one building), but trust me when I say, and I think others will agree, that those kids are going to need a day job.

133. All I can say is this ' YOU DID THE CRIME, YOU DO THE TIME'. Act like a grown man even though you're 17 years old and it would make your 'hulk hogan' father proud if you cooperate with the judge and not fight back becuz if you do, then judge will just add on more jail time, more fine cost, or contempt in court, among other things that are going to be charges with, including long time probation.
It really does sucks when a celebrity like Nick Hogan ruin the image of Hulk Hogan becuz this remind me of Huxatable's son who was killed by a murderer and the father wanted this person to be held responsible for his son's death. Heath's death was such a sad day for the world to see. I can go on with those celebrity list but I dont feel like it and you know where Im going with this.
