In 1999, Jason was arrested for drug possession.
In order to kick his heroin addiction, Jason spent six months in court-mandated rehab in 2003.

48. No one commented or noticed so far, but Jason never had long hair. The long hair was a wig. Prop. I think he mentioned that on the outtakes of Clerks 2 DVD.

51. i think this guy is really funny as his character Jay....i love what he's done....clerks is one of my fav's
but when i went to a hollywood party a couple years ago and saw him smoking crack (yes crack) with a few base heads, it totally changed the way i viewed him...if he was just a stoner in real life, that would've been cool...but ...no...i see the same person in this pic, but he doesnt have a cold sore on his lip and his hair is done.
depressing.
