Nick to John -- It's Your Fault for Being My Friend!

Is there some way that the judge can add time on to Nicks sentence? I mean the fact that he is so spoiled had made me lost all respect for his father. Though I do grudingly admit that some of what he says has merit. There should be some responsibility in ADDITION to his on the other people involved. From what I understand he was the only minor involved. So considering that a bunch of adults got a kid drunk and went drag racing with them they should have some accountability too.

The whole thing shows some major differences in law bettwen US and Canada (yes I am a canuk). In my province any Adult with him would have been held equally accountable since they would be expected to be responsilble and prevent him from drinking and driving. As well if what I hear about Hulk and Linda, that they bought the beer and let them drink at their house and drive away, would also be held responsible for the accident for not preventing it in the first place by stopping them from driving. (also they would face charges in family court for letting their son drink.)

Now I am not saying Nick is innocent, he deserves a lot worse than he got, but at the same time his being a major douche seems to be over shadowing other issues involved.

Nick is a selfish little bitch, but hes got a whole lotta good points. He needs to take responsibility for his stupidity but John isnt a total victim either... he played his role

We don't want to hear about this sick family. Don't give them any free voice on here or TV. They are the slums of the earth. Hogan should be fired from his show too. I will not watch it again. If all the viewers boycott the family they will go away, maybe starve. NIck rot in jail, hope a prisoner gets ahold of you before you get out. TMZ do not put anything on here about that family, maybe it will go away.

TMZ Your article has it 100% right, Nicky boy is taking not one shred of responsibility for this. Try racing and having alcohol in your systme and YOU caused your so called friend to be in a coma for the rest of his life. If he was truly your friend, he would have no problem getting in the car with you, because he's trusts you and YOU put him in harms way. You Spoiled Prick.

You see this lawsuit and you have heard the jailhouse tapes. Hulk is on Gladiators. I would think that NBC would at least consider dropping him (my choice as a replacement, Mr. T) This is a disgusting display of no accountability. The whole family looks bad. Brooke will never sell even one more record in her pathetic "career." I think FIBiker is spot on.

Some of you people need to seriously relax. Nick is partly right, because no one forced John to get in the car. He knew Nick had been drinkg and got in the car anyway. Its an unfortunate situation and Nick should be a little less defiant, but he has to somewhat defend himself. It was an accident and John played a part in making it all happen. Unfortunatley for John, he paid the biggest price.

On top of blaming everybody but himself for the accident, the "harsh" jail conditions and wanting a "reality" show about himself, I wonder how his is also handling the news that his mommy and daddy are in the middle of a divorce and NOW are in the middle of a civil lawsuit against the WHOLE family!! we can make bets on who nicky wants to be his parent after the divorce and dust settles.....Hulkie!!
