Celebrity Justice
Nick to John -- It's Your Fault for Being My Friend!

So any remorse Nick Hogan showed about what he did to John Graziano? Total and utter bull.
Nick Hogan
We've obtained his response to the civil lawsuit that John's family filed against the Hogans, and it's outrageous: Nick blames virtually every person on the planet -- including John himself and Daniel Jacobs, the guy whom he drag-raced to cause the crash in the first place -- but doesn't take a shred of responsibility of his own.

Let's just list the ways that Nick says John put himself in danger: Not wearing a seatbelt, not getting out of the car, getting into the car in the first place.

And one last thing: Being friends with Nick to begin with.

332. also, hulk hogan will be on larry king on tues. i've already emailed my question, asking if it were true he was in the car when nick was speeding and why it took a cop to pull him over instead of hulk slowing him down. www.cnn.com/larryking

333. seems as though the hulkster has contacted his agent recently because all of a sudden I'm seeing commercials to view some upcoming celebrity wrestling match sponsored by non-other than. he jumped the gun by doing so and should've
let things die down awhile...just goes to show...."GREED"

335. I was appalled by the clip of the phone conversations that have aired on TMZ tv and I'm grateful that TMZ ha sstayed on top of this story it seems your staff are the only journalists interested in exposing these frauds for what heartless money hungry attention whores they really are. I can only hope that your coverage puts a crimp in their plans for another reality show.In an ideal world the entire lot of hogans would be stripped of the fake celebrity status andplace in a trailer park, reduced to the whit trash they are NOW THAT WOULD BE REAL - ALITY HULK!

336. I will agree with Renata here.... as much as i hate the behaviour the hogans have. It still was the victims fault for not wearing a seatbelt.

The signs are everywhere, on comercials, dmv test, etc... we hear it on the news... If one chooses to ignore it its their own fault

The graziano guy knew of this idiots habits and went along anyway because he was rich and famous...

337. How can it be Graziano's fault for not wearing a seat belt? He wasn't the idiot behind the wheel who had been drinking.

338. 1st hulk denied nick was racing and even looked offended when reporter ask question, then linda lies right to face of interviewer saying she never endorsed street racing, now this, What a family, and too think both hulk and brooke have shows coming out soon, shame on the networks putting this family on air again.

339. OK, some are saying that its John's fault for getting in the car in the first place, thereby Nick should not be held responsible. I agree that John made a bad decision by getting in the car with someone who had been drinking. HOWEVER (and correct me if I'm wrong). it is illegal in EVERY state to drink and drive; not to mention the fact that we're talking about a minor under the influence here. Whether or not there had been an accident, Nick is guilty of drinking and driving, and good ole' Hulk is guilty of contributing if he was allowing his underage son to drink on his boat before letting the kid get behind the wheel of the car. Since he was letting Nick drive at 14 (as shown on their reality show), it won't surprise me if it comes out that he was furnishing the alcohol before the crash. Wait for the facts to come out before placing blame on the victim, folks! John may have made a bad decision, but NICK broke the law!

340. #331, That show was all set months ago, before any of this happened. I do not call it greed, just he has a right to work and make money like the rest of us have.

Greed is reserved for gas company executives only, forget hate posting here, post it towards all gas companies. These executives are the ones you people should be mad at, The Hogan's did nothing to us, but gas executives screw us daily.

341. The defense lawyer put together the defense statements, so duhhh... of course the lawyer is going to use anything he can to try and get Nick minimum punishment.

342. THIS IS TYPICAL IN TODAY'S SOCIETY- NOT BEING MAN ENOUGH TO ADMIT YOUR MISTAKES. THAT IS SILLY SAYING THAT IT'S JOHN'S FAULT THAT HE IS IN THE SITUATION HE'S IN. TRUE, HE COULD HAVE WORN A SEAT BELT, BUT THAT DOESN'T NEGATE THE FACT THAT THE HOGAN BOY WAS STILL DRAG RACING WHICH IS FREAKING ILLEGAL! EVEN IF JOHN HAD WORN A SEAT BELT, HE PROBABLY STILL WOULD'VE BEEN INJURED. SEAT BELTS ONLY REDUCE THE RISK OF INJURY, NOT PREVENT. I HOPE NICK HOGAN IS SOMEONE'S BITCH AND WHEN I SAY "SOMEONE'S BITCH", I MEAN SOMEONE'S BITCH EVERY NIGHT AND DAY UNTIL HIS ANUS IS THE SIZE OF THE PACIFIC OCEAN. HE SCREWED JOHN OVER, NOW IT'S TIME TO SCREW NICK.

343. I've never wished for anything bad on people before, but if anyone deserves to be struck down by God, the Hogans are on top of that list. What terrible people!!!!

344. Let's do a little recap of the situation - John knew better then to put himself in that situation, he knew better then to drink and drive, not use his seatbelt and encourage a much younger and obviously immature driver to drag race. These are the facts. I am sure the Graziano family thought the Hogan's were wonderful when they were paying for John to live under their roof not to mention all the other incidentals that the Hogan's helped out with to help John's family when they were in a time of need. As a parent, I would be angry as well and yes I would sue the Hogan family for damage but I don't think this family needs to be dragged through the media and certainly they don't deserve to be crucified. We don't know all the facts and the sad truth is...John was a grown mad who is also responsible for what has taken place. He was not forced into the car, he knew what he was doing and he now has to face the consequences of his actions. I am so sick and tired of people acting like he was this innocent victim! This is what happens when you drink and drive!!!

345. Nick Hogan is a total Deutsche Bag! Does this guy have any sincere remorse??? Guess not! He is just a spoiled brat who got off wayyyyyy too easy because of his name. If it were any of us, the punishment would have been way more severe.
