47. Hulk stands and prays in court, to who the god of mamon. The Hogan's are trailer trash with money.
Fat Linda is a gold digging pig who is now being played by one of Nick's friends. It is even sicker that Hulk is doing one of Brookes friends and the Mom one of Nicks friends.

I guess that's what friends are for???

Any network or entertainment entity that gives these fools any work or press needs to be boycotted.

I can only hope the Graziano's bankrupt these folks and pay to at least keep this guy comfortable in his condition.

49. According to MyFOX out of Tampa Bay, Nick is upset that he has to serve his time in solitary confinement due to the fact that he's not old enough to join the adult prison population. His lawyer reportedly plans to ask the judge to let him serve the sentence under house arrest until he turns 18.

That may be true if this family didn't do an interveiw placing all the blame on John for not wearing his seat belt. Also the prison tapes make it clear this family thinks Nick is the victim here. This wasn't just a tactical defense filed with the court, the Bolleas feel they are specail and above the law. They need a serious ego check.

52. I can understand preparing for a lawsuit. These idiots should have stfu about reality shows, how John deserved it, karma and how they are suffering more than John and his family. 55. Sadly,legally there may be a point. Yet, with saying that, then Nick being a minor and his parents well aware as well as incouraging this type of driving behaiver, they should also find themselves with fault and that may be able to be a legal fault. If I were the lawyer for John and his family or the DA I would also be going after the parents of this minor. Nick needs to do some time, YES, and his parents, the other driver and well as John himself need to take some responsiblity for actions taken and not taken. I would never get in a car with someone who has been drinking as well as someone I know to drive as Nick has in the past. You are asking for it if you get into the car of a drunk driver. I feel sorry for John and his family but legally there are lots of people to blame for this one. Nick was just VERY VERY VERY lucky he was not hurt. NICK IS STILL A JERK AND SO IS HIS FAMILY>

56. Wow, he threw his other friend Daniel (who was driving another car owned by Terry Bollea) under the bus, too! It's all too much! John bought Nick the booze? I thought it was already determined that Terry bought it & was caught on camera doing so (w/Nick) prior to them boarding the Bollea boat that day. Also, don't the hospital reports disagree with the statement that John wasn't wearing a seat belt? Didn't those reports show that John had bruising consistent w/someone who WAS wearing a belt at the time? AND John's head injury wasn't even relevant to whether he was wearing a seat belt or not-it was caused from the headrest. Good luck to the Bolleas-it just doesn't look very good for their family.
FYI-Nick was sentenced already. The judge can NOT add any more time on (I wish he could, too) unless he violates the terms of his parole after he is released.

57. I am unsure how an entire family could be so heartless and lacking personal responsibility. I understand that with money and fame comes a certain level of arrogence, but they seem sub human. All of their comments since the accident have been cruel and full of hate. I wonder how they would be reacting if the shoe was on the other foot?

59. 6. I would say he's right, a 21 year old shouldn't be hanging out with a kid, drinking with a kid, not wearing a seatbelt, and allowing the kid to race with him in the car. I would take more responsibility if I were Nick but i think they should only have to pay a percentage of the guy's hospital bills. I don't feel his family should get anything. We all know because Nick is a celebrity's kid and because his family is unliked, they probably will win a big payday for their son's stupidity.
