305. 293. Jessica. John WAS wearing a seat belt. Nick is the one that put out the story that he wasn't. Medical personal say different. The other driver IS named in the civil lawsuit. Did you know Jessica that the bill for John's care had already reached 1 million dollars by month 7? What do you think it is going to be by the time the lawsuit is settled? What do you think it is going to be when John reaches 30 years of age? There has been a guardian appointed for John. All monies from a civil lawsuit goes into a trust NOT into John's parents personal bank account like you think.

306. lenore...clearly you don't understand the deffinition of responsibility. nick didn't put a gun to johns head so, i don't blame nick. it sucks for what happened but to blame a kid who merely drove a car fast that was made to go fast is not the problem. the problem is he wrecked and who the heck do u think has control of the money genius....the FAMILY!!! They are the guardian...if they can be in control now then maybe they should be responsible for not keeping him from the car to begin with. everyone knows the kind of driver nick is...so get over it. and besides you say the whole seatbelt thing is something the hogans put out there..how do u know the grazianos didn't merely do the opposite..right you don't. clearly you are not that educated.

307. No Jessica you are wrong. The guardian of John's care is NOT one of his parents. The fact that you don't blame Nick shows just how ignorant you really are. Yes John got into the car of his own free will just like Nick caused the accident of his own free will. Yes he caused it. He was drinking and he was drag racing on a public street it a car that was modified well beyond factory standards. Now, before you accuse someone of being uneducated it is suggested that you learn how to spell and use grammar correctly. Did you by any chance have the same home schooling that your hero Nick had?

311. the guardian at lietem *not sure how it's spelled' is appointed by the courts!! they are an unbiased person, usually not a friend or relative of the victim, to help the court decide the fate of the victim. they have no stake in any judgments, any settlements whatsoever, but to help make unbiased and fair decisions for the court.

312. and jessica, nobody put a gun to hulk's head to let his son drive @ dangerous speeds on public roads...nobody put a gun to hulk's head to let his son drive at age FOURTEEN!! nobody put a gun to hulk's head to buy alcohol for everyone on the day of the crash. nobody put a gun to hulk's head to let his son drink and drive on public wet roads that day...and last but not least, nobody put a gun to NICK'S head to drive like a maniac at over 100 mph and to crash with alcohol in his system!! and all before nick reached 18????????

313. Hulk Hogan buying beer at the store that day does not mean he fed them to Nick. Every time I am in a store I see someone buying beer with their kids with them. Does not automatically mean they are giving their kid a beer. They will not be able to prove Hulk served him beer if he did. Nick could have had a beer at the house when his dad went to take a shower. Tons of kids under 21 drink and do it behind their parents back. Wake up people.

Another thing, with Nick speeding in the past, 90% of people speed, and I see it everyday on the highways, along with people text messaging, talking on cells, drunk, etc ,etc. Most people who post on here and rip on Nick for his bad driving, are just as bad as drivers. Case closed.

314. dabone, i NEVER put anyone in the hospital...and i've never drank and drive, and i'm 33!! i have a feeling nick's drank and driven before, but never got caught...and that's scary. and yes, regardless of where nick got the booze, HE SHOULDN'T HAVE BEEN DRINKING IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! god, why do you keep excusing that?? and he also drove too while he was drunk!! my god!! and his dad was there at the scene so he knew that nick had consumed alcohol...
