64. Where do I begin..The LAW states when you are a DRIVER, REGARDLESS WHAT THE OTHER PASSENGERS DRANK,WORE SEATBELTS, ETC YOU(THE DRIVER) IS FULLY RESPONSIBLE. So I'm pretty sure Nick won't ever get his license back EVER. Which is really good? Hey unbelievable, right before NICK HOGAN went to court(when he entered jail) he was pulled over going 85mph in a 40 mph ZONE> Hey I bet that was JOHNS FAULT TOO? AND AFTER HE PARALYZED HIS FRIEND NICK WAS PULLED OVER 4 MORE TIMES FOR SPEEDING & RACING. I BET YOU'RE READY TO TYPE THAT'S JOHN'S FAULT ALSO HUH? ASK YOUR SHERIFF'S DEPT WHO IS AT FAULT. I SHOULD KNOW BECAUSE WHEN MY DAUGHTER WAS KILLED THE WHOLE SHERIFF'S DEPT INFORMED ME THAT WHEN THEY CAME TO PAY THEIR RESPECTS AT HER FUNERAL.AND I'VE BEEN INAWRONGFUL DEATH SUIT BESIDES. SO UNFORTUNATELY I AM EDUCATED ON WHAT THE LAWS ARE AND WHO IS RESPONSIBLE.SO CHEW ON THAT HOGAN LOVERS.

66. Terry has people working on a reality show for Nick so he has one when he gets out - The New Nick or something like that.
John's family should petition the court to take current earning and future earnings from anything Nick gets involved with, show or no show. What Terry doesn't realize his Nick will be the same when he ges out, stupid, uneducated, lazy, immature, irresponsible. My guess is Nick will violate probation and be back in jail only this time with the big men. Don't drop the soap.

69. Hey B.A (#54) Yeah maybe John hung out at the Hogans because he knew they were that type of parent that let the kids do anything.. of course they had money too, and well Hulk was famous. So yeah what teen wouldn't want to hang with them... probably let them all drink over there too. Maybe John wanted to get away from his parents because they actually laid down some house rules? and John's mother is 'probably' suffering??? Give ME a break. As for all of us Hogan Haters having never done anything wrong... of course we have... but I'll bet you million dollars most of us while teens didn't get drunk, drag race and put our best friends in comas for the rest of their lives, then turn around and say they asked for it or it was Gods punished because they were negative. But hey you've been in jail BA so I guess you are the expert on things, bet your daughters are proud... or are they hanging with the Hogans too??

73. My how many gods are on this board from all the judging I am seeing. This young mans problem is that he shows no remorse and that is what has people ticked but what do you want him and his family to do? How do you know that they do not hurt from this other child that is laid up? but at the same time they have to deal with their child locked up perhaps due to there own misguidings but children do not come with a handbook. I truly believe the Judge was going to be lenient with Nick but Nicks own pride continues to beat him down. He is young he will learn like we all did at his age.

75. I take it you dont have that many fans out here to back you up, Nick. Im not surprise anyway becuz you 'Nick' expect the judge to give you a slap on a wrist or small fine, house arrest for 30 days, or something minor while the people in real life gets a beating with harsh sentence, harsh punishment. tsk tsk tsk Nick, if I were you, I just listen to judge and then head off to the jail cell and wait for the hearing, or bail, even the trial. Your father, Hulk Hogan cant rescue you from that! I dont care if your father is a rich man by earning his hard work at being 'wrestling' but he's not going to waste his money on something like this becuz you, Jr already knew what's going to happen.
One more thing - dont whine like a baby. You're almost old enough to handle this like a man. Im well aware that you're not 18 years old yet, but you will be. Ever heard of 'you did the crime, you do the time' well that's what everybody said.
