TMZ has obtained a copy of a demand letter from Gina Gershon to Vanity Fair. Make no mistake - she's pissssed.

Vanity Fair just published a pretty scandalous story about Prez Bill Clinton. The demand letter claims the article "outrageously insinuates that Ms. Gershon has had an inappropriate sexual relationship with President Clinton. This is absolutely false."

The letter demands "a retraction and correction."

Gershon's lawyers from the bulldog firm Lavely & Singer noted that "Gershon has only been in the same room as President Clinton on three occasions," all with many others present. The lawyers take a shot at Vanity Fair, claiming, "Rumor-mongering was substituted for fact-checking."

16. Typical Clinton group response: attack, attack, attack. The article said they heard about Bubba and Gershon, they did not say it happened. 23. I don't get it... the last two presidents (Bush II and Clinton) are proven liars, but can somebody please explain to me why so much outrage over Bill's lie still persists but people rush to defend Bush's lies.

It don't make sense. I mean most mem, if they got a BJ from a secretary, would do the same as Clinton, but very few to lie to start a war.

24. These are the antics of the southside Chicago thugs who work for Obama AND right-wing liberals or marxists who are supporting him--this pre-article was posted the day before the last two Primaries in an attempt to take-away the large lead that Senator Clinton had in South Dakota!

Hopefully, this woman AND President Clinton will legally take this all the way with a lawsuit against Vanity Fair, its publisher, and Todd Purdum (the husband of Dee Dee Myers who was let go towards the end of President Clinton's tenure). Even though Bill Clinton made a terrible error in personal judgment, he was a good leader and has taken more than enough from the media....it's now time for legal action!

30. Like Bill Maher said it was inevitable they'd be out to get him, facts or fantasies. I don't think we need any more of this crap to get us off the real issues. I'm for Obama, but enough of the Clinton attacks. What a bunch of speculative crap- I don't blame him for going off and I would've used much stronger language than he did.
