The intense hurt emotions are understandable BUT John chose NOT to wear a seatbelt, he bought liquor for himself and an underage driver, he chose to get into a vehicle capable of high speeds and undoubtedly has been a passenger/driver on many high speed street racing situations before. I think it is safe to say he encouraged the high speed craziness as much as Nick pushed for it. This is a horrible situation, but remember that this high speed testosterone male-bonding is what our western society pushes and what all guy friends love to do, unfortunately this time it ended in disaster, and the family wants Nick to pay, but the reality is they both were participating in the scene. Legally, Nick was driving dangerous causing injury. Legally, John bought alcohol for a minor, contributed to the delinquency of a minor, and failed to wear his seatbelt. What can YOU learn from this? NEVER get into a car with a street racer, if it starts to go that route as a passenger, DEMAND they stop the car NOW. TURN OFF THE IGNITION IF YOU HAVE TO. ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEATBELT, and NEVER BOOTLEG FOR MINORS.

184. Did Nick force the Graziano kid in the car ?
Did Nick ask Graziano not to wear his seat belt ?
Did Nick force Graziano to buy booze ?
Those 3 questions should be asked by the Graziano family and even though painful; realize that their son used bad judgment. Frank Graziano should shut his trap before he gets into trouble for uttering death threats.
Should Nick pay for his error with his life ?
Should the Hogans use better judgment ?
I'm not sure what the penalties are for such crime are but as painful as it may sound the injuries to young Graziano were not premeditated. Therefore, Nick Hogan should receive punishment in relations to the law. He should not receive special treatment in jail. The whole Hogan family should use better judgment when dealing with this issue; but any other events not related to the case at hand should not be used to judge the Hogans.

187. I wrote to VH1 staff, We completely stopped watching anything Hogan as well. We hate this type of trash. I want to send a letter to Johns family to let them know how sorry I feel for them.
