Graziano to Hogan -- You Screwed the Marines!

Frank Graziano, John Grazianio's older brother, had a few choice words of his own for the Bollea family today.
John Graziano
Frank was a guest on "The Schnitt Show" radio program in Tampa, Fla. -- railing against Nick, Hulk and the whole Hogan family. As you can imagine, he's not pleased.

46. Okay. New Christmas Wish. Frank Graziano gets his hands on Nick Hogan for 5 minutes. As much as I'd love to see Nick Hogan DIE, first I want him screaming, crying, begging, pleading, wetting himself, insane with pain, wishing for death. Then let him live. Let him heal. Let the memory slooooooowly fade away. And just when he feels safe, do it to him again. And that Santa Claus is what I want for Xmas.

48. I saw his brother speak the day Nicks verdict was read. It was very clear the Grazionos felt no remorse from the Hogans. Yes it is sad, but the Hogans cared more about covering their ass, not putting Johnns status first. God Bless this family.

49. enough is enough!

YES, the ***accident*** was Nick's fault and he's been ordered to serve his time. People are acting like Nick is a crazy cold blooded murderer. He did not set out to murder his friend.

I think it is a terrible situation but it was an ACCIDENT. key word: car ACCIDENT.

And of course he's a whiner little douchebag but he is NO cold killer. You can't spin a car accident into a cold calculated murder. the Hogan family is lame but what DID the Graziano's expect the rest of Nick's family to do realistically, mourn for THEIR son FOREVER?

Obviously the Graziano family is suffering, and is lashing out at the Hogan family. I think they are short-sighted. What is the point of going on the air to bash the Hogans? It's not like everyone already holds that family up to some high moral standard. And compounding all this, as much as a douchebag idiot Nick Bollea is...he is a MINOR. He's practically a child.

It's pathetic and sad to see the Graziano family acting like this. Have some dignity. It really won't help the situation, in my opinion.

50. Everyone involved was at fault some more than others. Yes john should have put on his seat belt but he is dealing with that decision everyday. and just because he didn't have it on, the outcome could have been just the same. his side of the car was hit seat belt or not, he was going to be seriously injuried. I believe Nick got a fair setence and he should just thank god that in eight months he will be free to care on with his life and do whatever he wants to do.. John might not get that same option. I just pray for everyone envolved..
god Bless and I hope one day John will get the same oppurtinities as Nick

AND PLEASE LET THIS SERVE AS AN EXAMPLE TO EVERYONE TO ALWAYS WEAR YOUR SEAT BELT
AND NEVER DRINK AND DRIVE.. EVEN IF YOU ONLY HAD ONE... THAT IS ONE TO MANY...

THINK BEFORE YOU GET BEHIND THE WHEEL..

51. Mela,

I guess no one has told you that they aren't called "accidents" any more. They are now called "crashes" so stupid people don't think "car accident" means they aren't responsible. Really, no one goes out planning to get in a wreck now do they? It's far from uncommon for a minor to be charged as an adult, especially when involved in something so wreckless causing so much damage. His intent doesn't matter, the law sees him as 100% responsible as he was behind the wheel.

52. Here is my problem with this situation. I am def on the Marines family but I am sick of it getting so much publicity because it was the Hogan family. What not publicize it when something like this happens to somebody that doesnt involve a celebrity. How many of our war heros have been killed for no reason here at home and get nothing more than their name mentioned on the news and they move on, but because this Marine was friends with a famous person that makes them special? I think my 2 friends that got killed in this war are special enough to have more than just an Indiana Marine was killed in Iraq today its pathetic that the only reason anyone cares about this with exception of the family is because it involved Nick Hogan

54. It's all about accountability, people.

Nobody ever taught Nick that he was accountable for his actions. Not his misguided parents. Not the ignorant police who LET HIM OFF WITH A WARNING for speeds that would have gotten the rest of us locked up.

It wasn't a question of if, but when, something like the car wreck would have happened. Nick is very young, and extremely immature.

But at least he has the opportunity to grow up.

John Graziano certainly doesn't.

55. if john was so damned smart and such an upstanding person on his way to the corps 1) he wouldn't have bought the beer. 2) he'd worn his damn seatbelt. and 3) he'd been smart enough to tell nick to slow his ass down. but he didn't. and THAT'S why he's in the hospital. let's be real here. let's hold EVERYONE accountable. JOHN included! nick is 17 and should be in juvie. he should be put in a psych ward and a rehilbilitation program that includes classes in AA, working at the morgue and driving classes. throwing him into solitary isn't gonna do anything but make him stir crazy. or just plain crazy. if the warden and security as that prison is smart, they'd keep a close eye out on that boy.

as for the family: the only reason they were in our faces is b/c hulk wanted the show. as for his relationship with his daughter: if you watched the show, you'd know what an over protective father he is. unlike some we know! and yeah, linda spoiled the hell out of nick, but the hulkster did, too. they did the best they could with their kids. i've seen worst things happen to lesser families. i'm sure they'll pull through. :)

and marines with any ounce of common sense (and that's ALL of them, save a few newly brainwashed recruits), will see this for what it is: a boy making a bad decsison and getting hurt b/c of it. it happens. we move on. if john's family is smart, they'd keep their traps shut and do what they can for him to get him better.

56. Fry their worthless asses HARD -- Go after all potential earnings, especially of Nick and Terry (and any 'reality shows' they have in the works). Remember Nick's long history of speeding. Did Terry buy the booze and supply the cars that night? Was he actually on the race scene that night? Take them for all they have, or ever hope to have. You're going to need it for John's care, God bless him. Our prayers and thoughts are with you. Hoo-RAH!!!

57. Andrew..well that is the nature of the beast in the " Celebrity World "..but u have a very valid point , I can tell u were a good friend and I hate to hear on the news of any of the losses from this pointless war. Ur friends r heros and will never be forgotten.

58. Ok, This kid is in jail what more does johns family want from him? Is he supposed to die? It seems to me that johns brother is trying to get famous off his brothers tragedy every day you see him talking to a reporter or sticking his face infront of a camera, nick is paying his dues. I have the utmost respect for the us marines and for john but his family is focasing on all the wrong things like trying to get rich off john and trying to get publicity. It is a regretable thing what happened to john but he did get in the car with nick he did make that descision his family needs to be with him instead of out here on radio shows making asses of themselves. Oh and his family needs to be honorable just like there son and forgive its the first step of healing. Any problems with what i just said? email is shadd614@yahoo.com ill love to hear from you.

59. There is VIDEO TAPE OF HULK BUYING THE BEER! THERE IS ALSO RECEIPTS OF HIM BUYING THE BEER..what MORE do you need? THE VIDEO IS FROM THE STORE THAT THE BEER WAS BOUGHT FROM.

Nick/driver is totally responsible. No matter if you like the family, or not, he's responsible under Florida law. No matter how you wish to explain it away, you must know the laws in which you drive in. Doesn't matter if the passenger is naked, drunk and without a seatbelt on, the DRIVER is responsible if he races or gets in an accident.

Realistically, have you seen ANY accident where the passenger is held responsible unless they block the view, grab the wheel, etc? let's think of the REAL issues, not what you want it to be. Being a rich brat does NOT make him any less resonsbile.

Also, do you also not realize that he was a "professional" racer? He signed a contract and was schooled on not racing unless on the track etc. He knew what HE WAS DOING. The Marine has nothing to do with Nick racing. He had been caught racing before and got off with only tickets. One going 85 in a 40mph CONSTRUCTION zone, and the other going OVER 100MPH!

Seriously..think beyond your feelings to the REAL issue. What if he killed a little kid..would THAT make a difference to you? Or is the Marine expendable to you because he was 22? Did ANYONE stop and think maybe the marine has post traumtic stress disorder? Maybe after being in a killing zone for so long he needed to drink some beer and chill out for a while. I know..screw him..he was 22 and should be ok after seeing death, rape, murder, and the horrible effects of a war..maybe you should go to a war zone for 18 months+ and see how YOU HANDLE situations when you get back..I know, you would do so much better then him..after all he's JUST a MARINE..right?

God bless the marines..and the family...

60.
John Graziano lies in a Vet hospital in a semi-comatose state; a
large baseball size portion of his forehead is missing at the site
where the portion of his brain was removed. This is the frontal
lobe. The portion of his brain that contained his personlity and
emotions. Due to the severity of the injury, it's highly unlikely if
John wakes up his personality will be anything like it was. The
angle of the injury appears to have affected his temporal lobe, which
contains all his long and short-term memories. Again due to the
severity, what are the chances that John will remember his life?
He has been on a ventilator since last August--what are the chances
that he will ever be off the vent? Probably very little chance. Has John opened his eyes yet?
If a TBI (traumatic brain injury) patient eyes don't open within 21 days
there's very little chance they ever will. (are the Hogans/Boleas thinking about this? asking
these questions? probably not). This young man who is a TBI victim
due to reckless, drunk driving by a minor will spend the rest of his
life in the state he is in. He didn't have his seatbelt on, a
mistake on his part but the blame and full responbility belongs to
Nick Hogan/Bolea. Period. This whiney, selfish, spoiled little brat
will spend 8 months in jail for his crime. John Graziano will spend
the rest of his life in the hell that Nick created. Why the
Hogan/Bolea family figure Nick is entitled to a reality (or
real-ality as Nick so eloquently spoke) show, their actions are as
selfish and demented as their son's. They all make me sick. I know
what John's parents are going through. The endless hours of waiting
for signs of life, for change, for any significant improvement in
their son. Depending on the Coma Scale John is being 'graded' on,
they are looking for any sign that will move him to the next level.
They are numb with fatigue. The hours spent at the hospital are
mind-boggling, each new day running into the last. There is no end
in sight. On top of this horror, they are now exposed to the
assinine ramblings of the Hogans/Boleas. How much more must the
Graziano family endure for God's sake? As I said, I know what the
Graziano's are going through because my 31 year-old daughter
sustained a traumatic brain injury in a car accident 4 years ago. It
wasn't her fault. Her stepmother was driving the car and it wasn't
her fault either. A foolish young man, who didn't have a driver's
license, ran a stop sign and t-boned their car. This was his fourth
offense. He was 25. Stepmom died at the scene of the accident. My
daughter is left with a TBI with no chance of full recovery. The
horror of a trial, watching the stoic young man sitting in the
courtroom without any apologies for the havoc he caused remains a
constant, nightmarish vision in my mind. The young man that caused
the hell in our lives got 15 years for killing one person, and 5
years for permanently disabling another--he's up for parole September
2008--he's only been in prison 3 years. There is no healing from this
kind of hell. None. God Bless the Graziano's and my heartfelt
prayers go out to them--not just as parents, but parents dealing with
a child's TBI. Every day as I dress my child, change her, feed her,
push her paralyzed body around in her wheelchair, I will be thinking
and praying for the Graziano's and for John's recovery.
