I have no sympthny for nick hogan, he got what he desvered or should have been in jail longer. my son is a US Marine who did a tour of Iraq for 6months yes they do suffer from PTSD and to say that his friend provided him the liquor? is beyound me I have lost all respect for hulk hogan. to blame this Marine you are out of your mind. no one put the drink to nick's mouth and made him drink it. you and your faimly crying to the judge to let him out?? he needs to sit and think about what he did. 64. I think the people that want more tapes arent thinking realistically.... theya rent considering that most parents would do or say anything to get thier minor children out of harms way. And yes Nick is just that a minor. The adult involved in this whole fiasco is the friend that got injured. The friend who even though he was and adult didnt have the brains or maturity to stay out of a car driven by a minor. He didnt have the maturity to advise the minor not to race in a street race. He didnt have the intelligence to put on a seat belt during this street race that he was enjoying with his immature minor friend. The friend was just as much at fault for the accident as Nick was. And had the shoe been ont he other foot and it was Nick who suffered the major injury the adult friend would have been charged for contributing to the delinquincy of a minor along with child endangerment for encouraging Nick to do it in the first place! Do I feel that Nick deserves Jail time... Yes but not in an adult jail. He deserves to be in Juvi where he belongs. He does not however merit 8 months of solitary confinement. What he didn was stupid but not in any way deliberate. Do I think that the hulks family is being treated wrongly by the sherriff by selling these tapes to the media... YES I DO. People in jail although they are recorded so that criminals can not do illegal business or plan escapes etc.. I do not think in anyway that it is right or fair to release the tapes of a scared minor child begging for his family to help him or being bitter about his fate! It is also unfair and borders on slanderous to do this to the careers of the parents. Im sorry but if the show was on the other foot and your child had done something stupid that had this result then you too would be trying to soothe your childs fears and do whatever it took to get them home.

67. The Bolleas are the absolute worst, trashiest, stupidest, most self-absorbed, self-pitying people I've ever seen on TV -- I really think they are all mentally ill.

-- And ANY money they make off of anything from now on is going to go to the Grazianos, as it should. I believe that's why these ridiculous motions are being filed now -- to get some billing in before the imminent big crash comes and the Bolleas are dead broke.

68. This is another example of rich people absolutely demanding they be treated differently than the rest of us, because they're so special. Ever wonder what would happen if TMZ posted pictures of Nicks friend, John Graziano in his current vegetative state? I think the Hogan Empire would crumble under its own ego driven weight in a matter of minutes. If you Google John Graziano, you may find the incredibly sad pictures that are circulating on the Internet; this poor guy now has a large depression in his forehead about the size of a coffee cup.

69. yeah, but nick was tried as an ADULT!! so too bad...and supporting the hogans cuz john didn't wear a seatbelt? a seatbelt wouldn't have prevented his skull and brain injuries and another reason why nick didn't get injured too much was cuz nick crashed on the PASSENGER'S side!! also, if the release of these tapes were illegal to begin with, why haven't the hogans' legal team sued the media for constantly re-playing them? they're all over youtube, cnn, foxnews, and so far, nicky-poo's lawyers haven't demanded that the mainstream media cease on playing those tapes. so i don't buy this crap that this was an illegal act. but good, i'm glad we know what a selfish spoiled brat nick is and what a horrible family he has!! if i paralyzed someone, friend or stranger, i would feel HORRIBLE about it!! it would rack my conscience for the rest of my life!! and the fact that nick isn't even 18 and doesn't feel one ounce of guilt over it, it's shocking!! the residents in his hometown are much safer now that he's off the roads and can't drive for the next 3 years~

70. As far as whats legal everyone is forgetting although Nick was driving.... He was not the responsible Adult in the car! Had Nick beent he one not wearign the seatbelt and been hurt then John would have been chrged with Child endangerment! And contributing to the delinquincy of a minor. So realistically speaking John family should not have been able to win the court case and the hogan family really needs to fire the lawyer and get a better one and appeal. Im sorry but thier lawyer is a moron to have let it get this far let alone not put an immediate injuction on the release of the tapes day one!

74. I can't believe the sheriff did this, you don't see them releasing the phone call conversatison between convicted sex offenders or murders! It's disgusting what people will do for money. Yeah Nick is where he should be, but this is totally a violation of privacy. The tapes are for court purposes only not to be sent to the media. Also, every person in jail, most likely will say it was someone elses fault for what they did. This is no different than any other criminal/family conversation.

75. These tapes are a matter of public record - When you break the law and go to jail most of your rights are suspended. So maybe the people who live in the county ,and pay the taxes which pay for the prison where Nick Bollea finds himself sentenced to, should decide if those tapes are released!! Nick just do your time and think about what John can not do anymore THANKS TO YOU!!!!
