76. It's just not fair that rich and famous people have to obey the law!
Don't they realize who Nick Hogan is? His daddy is famous and Nick's been on TV and everything. It's just so un-fair.

Kick his butt into gen pop and let some lifetime inmate rip him a new A**.

Now that would make a GREAT reality TV show. We could call it "Nick - Prison B"

Nick is where he should be yes BUT the sheriff made some money on this deal BIG MONEY and it was wrong as far as the reality show Nick is going to need alot of money in the near future to pay for the medical care of the young man so I can see why he is wanting a show that pays the most...We don't know the whole and all the conversations just what they wanted to release and what hulk is doing ?? His son is in jail and he's venting and YES I do believe Nick and Hulk feel very sorry about this whole thing...Nick is 17 and scared but like I said he is where he should be and do the whole time and shut the hell up!!!

78. The damage is already done. I am not sure if they think that stopping the release of further calls will help or reverse what is already done. They are mistaken.

The cat is already out of the bag, horse has already left the barn, I could come up with stupid sayings for hours! We already know that they are a disfunctional family..(In my opinion), and they can't stop that.

Please continue to boycott their shows. American Gladiators is coming on NBC. If there is low ratings, they will stop the show. Also send emails to the sponsors stating you will NOT buy any of their products and advise friends and family to do the same.

79. The tapes are public record, just as tapes of a court room is public record. The law should NOT be changed for the rich and famous. The law is the law. If you advocate this for the rich, then you are advocating a two tiered system of laws and rules for the rich.

Who is going to create all these laws...what salary do you suggest we start at? 1 million, 2 millon..is this before or after taxes..is this just for A list, or B list actors..what if they WERE popular in the 80's but not now? You see the problem here. I could go on and on, but I think my point has sufficently been made.

80. Nick should have had the book thrown at him. How many times has been caught drag racing on a public highway? More like 2? maybe 3? or more. I don't care how the tapes got out. Idon't care that poor baby is in jail. He should be in prison! Oh, let the cry baby go into population, then he may really have something to cry about.

I have wondered all along why it is ok for the cops to release these tapes to the media. that is not the purpose behind recording calls, which i thought was to prevent any criminal activity. instead the cops are getting their thrills by releasing these to the press. i would sue, if it were me...

86. These people make me sick. It just goes to show how soul-less and greedy people can get. If these media-whores get yet another reality show, Boycott it. I hope Karma kicks in and I hope the lawyers take the new evidence to the judge and I hope he gets the full pentaly of 5 years. he has no remorse. he is a spoiled little rich twit, who should have gotten life in prision for his stunt. His friend surely won't ever have a life. I guess an "eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth" but there is no such justice. as consumers we just have to be sure not to buy into them and let them go broke!

87. I don't like the fact that the Hogans seem to have no sympathy....but, yeah, it was me who spiked that idea into the State's Attorney head of Florida about the tapes being released. While they can record you, they have no right to release them to the public for display. I'm pretty sure the State's attorney got in contact with the Bollea's attorney about the tapes being released. If that happened to them then that could happen to just about anyone who has a run in with the law and asks dear mommy, daddy, wifey or husband to bail them out. Oh snap TMZ, you got done in by a rookie.

88. Here's a shocker for all of you not familar with jail..... you loose most of your rights when you go inside. ALL JAILS TAPE INMATE CONVERSATIONS!!! It is not an invasion of privacy, and the people on the phone are told it is being recorded.

How the media got it.... thru the freedom of information act. In Florida, those tapes are public domain, not the property of the Sheriff's office. TMZ went to court and asked for the tapes and the sherrif turned them over as he had to by law. Why do you not hear about this with all inmates..... well most of the conversations with the guy serving time for a DUI are not all that interesting and newsworthy, so you don't hear them on the news. This is something that will get ratings so TMZ went after it.

The Bolleas went out of their way every chance they have gotten over the last 4 or 5 years to get attention and publicity. Reality show, red carpet events, radio shows, any chance to jump in front of a camera and get publicity they took. Now they have the publicity and they are complaining. If they were not "celebrities" no one would care what they said inside. They wanted celebrity and fame, well this is the downside. You created the beast. Why are you surprised it is biting you in the Butt????

89. They should sue them. They are for court, or for security of the jail/prison not to be sold for the public, if that is the case why haven't we heard more of these tapes prior to now.

Really they are both loser families, the Hogans, that is pretty self apparent, but the Graziano's or however you spell their name, they are no angels, John was bad news, bad things happened to him. It's too bad, but it doesn't make him a saint, just a loser who's past caught up to him. Bet he wished he put on his seatbelt and wasn't involved in auto racing now . . . oh well 2 less losers on the street.
