TMZ has learned that professional jackass Steve-O has fessed up to felony coke charges -- he just changed his plea to guilty in an L.A. court.
His lawyer Barry Sands tells us that O-town decided to change his plea after making a deal with the judge: If he enrolls in a narcotics program and stands "on good behavior" -- that's probably complicated when you're talking about Steve-O -- the case will get tossed.
Steve-O's got 48 hours from today to enroll in the program -- clock's tickin'.

In California we have a program that was voted on by CA citizens. Proposition 36 intends to give drug users the opportunity to clean up rather than sit in jail and find other ways of getting high. Stevie didn't cut ANY special deals. He plead guilty, thus uses Prop 36 to enroll in drug programs and avoid a jury trial or jail time.
It's THAT simple. Come on TMZ, you are based in CA, Harvey, you are an attorney, get it straight!

If that BuzzKill copy catter dares to try and get high and be in public he can rest assurred there are plenty of people who will turn his butt in to the judge so he can go directly to the slammer. So if you're thinking you're laughing inside and this is all just another jackass stunt to fool the public, go out and get drunk or high at a club or in public Steve-O and see just how many fans you really have ready to turn you in.
I heard both his parents were super smart and educated with Doctorate Degrees and he has just tried to be a class clown his whole life because he is ashamed of their intelligence. Be a good time for him to get close to them again and do the right thing the rest of his days.

Steve O has been somewhat of a trail blazer along with Pontius . We have become aware that someone's got to do it we support we watch we cring and we laugh . If he takes this opportunity to rehab when he comes out they will be all over him to make sure he has his fix . I'm not quite sure he will be able to deal with all the pain he has endured to go to the edge of a dare without pain control .A true stuntman goes beyond,so that we will sit in awe and disbelief at what we have just witnessed .
